First arm and legs filled out with flesh, the empty eye socket filled as well. Hair regrew, and the shifting cheeks indicated that the missing teeth were growing back in.
Then came the tail and second set of ears. Fur sprouted as the body grew, adding nearly a foot of additional height and at least fifty pounds of lean muscle to his frame. The "canine" teeth grew pointed, obvious when his mouth opened during the changes.
Fur came in, muzzle extended. The nails on feet and hands grew narrower and longer and thicker all at once.
It was like watching morphing software at work, Phantom Lady realized. Then a shifting of the fabric of his boxer shorts revealed that something in there had grown more massive as well.
Finally a peacefully slumbering and much more feline-looking Ranma lay there, the changes slowing till it was obvious they were almost finished. He was not so inhuman that he wouldn't be able to wear armor or operate vehicles designed for humans, but he clearly was not human. Like one of those cat-morphs that the Coalition Lone Star labs had originally developed for assassination work.
