Meanwhile, his Army continued to grow as the processes that would have given Ataru his nation of haremslaves was subverted to give Ranma a set of friends that spanned multiple universes.
"Communications have been cut," worried Nabiki as she sat back at the table and addressed Ataru's other slaves. "Sensors have been looped. I wasn't sure at first, and I had to do some checking, but someone's put mechanical hacks in place."
"Darling is still in regeneration tank," said Lum. "Another half hour-tcha."
"I don't know much about this alien technology," admitted Akane, "but isn't there some kind of backup?"
"The systems are triply redundant," said Ran. "We can try anti-intruder protocols."
Sakura and Benten nodded. Better than leaving Master's presence.
Lum, functionally in command, came to a decision.
