Nuke said something under his breath that perfectly summed up what had happened. "Well, she was a bitch anyway..."
From his position, Tchon heard what he said, but merely agreed with the sentiment.
Anyone else who had heard the words was a bit too busy to acknowledge them, as the woman in question wasn't exactly the same as she had been.
In fact, she was on all fours, and not in the same species as she had been.
"A chihuahua, maybe?" Jerald Streama murmured.
"Nah..," Nuke commented, "Looks like a bit of a mongrel..."
The reporter turned dog started yipping in idignation at the comments.
"Whatever she is, she's loud," put in a female reporter with a wince.
"I think she's a mix of toy breeds," Nuke suggested, "Loud and energetic, but not much else going for her..."
"Kind of fits, don't it?"
Tchon coughed into his hand, before waving at those reporters currently not of the canine variety. "Please all, eat and enjoy your meals and we'll get on with the tour."
"You want to keep going?" Jerald asked.
"But of course. No permanent harm will come to her, and we have much to show you. Besides..."
"Yes..?"
"Madame Redborne will be rather... displeased with me if I do not allow you to eat her cooking, and I'd rather face a full enemy assault than deal with her when she's annoyed."
A round of laughs accompanied the image, and everyone sat down to eat while:
