A frequent participant had used the pseudonym 'Mercury' while another less-frequent had used the name 'Mercurious.'
This 'Mercury' being a consistent top-scorer had been brought up once in class as the teacher had bemoaned a set of low test scores. Ranma remembered because he'd gotten singled out by said teacher as an example of someone not applying their full attention.
That Akane had later basically said something of that, and that SHE wished that SHE could score like that - Ranma remembered that too.
"So, Belldandy," said Ranma, "I wish I knew everything that cram-ace Akane was talking about, Mercury or something, knows."
"Okay," said Belldandy, clicking things over and getting approval back.
"So what is it?" asked Sailor Mars as her companion continued to scan.
"I'm accessing the Mercury Computer, looking for a match," said Sailor Mercury, looking through her visor. "It's coming up as... AHHHHH!"
Belldandy routed the transfer, noted that a lot was being transferred, and figured why not. It was only fair that knowledge transfer both ways, right?
Of course, in order for Ranma to retain/utilize that knowledge - certain brain pathways had to have the sludge dredged out. Despite his way of talking, Ranma wasn't an idiot but he didn't have an IQ of 300 either. That had to be corrected.
And, of course, for Sailor Mercury to utilize something of Ranma's martial arts knowledge - she had to have some measure of his physical fitness. Fortunately he HAD shed his Jusenkyo curse and she could utilize the pattern there.
"WAHHHHH!" said Sailor Mercury as she suddenly had the bustline (and muscle tone and flexibility - though those weren't as immediately noticed) of Ranma's former female form.
"Boing!" said Sailor Mars as she noticed the sudden shift in Mercury's form.
Sailor Moon gasped and wondered if whatever had happened to Mercury could be inticed to happen to HER.
"That's all I can do," apologized Belldandy with a little bow. "Thank you and goodbye. It was very nice to meet you all." poof
Ranma stopped twitching after a few minutes. The various onlookers looked on, each curious in their own way what this would mean.
