Further, Kachoo had noted that when all other things were equal - it was the pretty (by human standards) young girl heroine who triumphed at the end. He labelled this the 'Shojo Factor' and immediately started off by creating a set of superhuman shojo for dispersement throughout all layers of the society in order to further promote a new age of prosperity and enlightenment.
With the Senshi-fication process at work, and with existing magical girls around, this meant that a population boom in such "soldiers of love and justice" was occurring within the Asian sector.
Kimiko followed that lead, and soon policegirls were finding themselves with special equipment that was suitable for the new environment.
Then the Labors began being built. There was sufficient new construction occurring that they were a natural outgrowth of the new technology being allowed to adapt to the situations. Besides, as Kimiko pointed out, a future without giant robots in Japan was a strange thing to contemplate.
Of course, within a week, a Labor had been used for a crime and patrol Labors were being built in response.
Once that was done, SWAT and magical girl teams who had aligned with the government were getting power armor or vehicles that could assist them in their own duties.
Some police used "buster knuckles" or other unique devices. Some used Senshi powers or other special abilities.
Kimiko Mizuno was at her busiest - and was finding it all strangely fulfilling. Though it was the hospitals being upgraded that she found the most satisfying.
Computerized scanners more detailed than anything she'd seen, called a PET for some English acronym. Displays that could be rotated and turned in real time. Chemical analysis and production methods, nanobot patches that knitted wounds, artificial limbs and replacement organs, nanite cleaner-bots that could scrub blockages to circulatory systems, new drug delivery systems. All things that would have to be phased in a bit at a time or the workers would be overwhelmed, but it was so frustrating to know that lives would be lost with the technology available - just that more lives could be lost if you hit the average nurse with hundreds of new gadgets at once. Not to mention doctors - some of whom already balked at the gadgets available in the first week. Years of study were being demanded for each piece of new equipment by many of these doctors. Others embraced the changes and inquired about more possibilities.
Magical girls were coming in too. Some of the groups were infighting. Others were dealing with criminals who found new resources flowing in as part of an "alien resistance" network that wasn't too choosy about its membership. A lot of the girls were not bulletproof, hence the problems they faced. A new problem for hospital personnel as names and medical histories were withheld on magical girls to protect their secret identities and families.
All of which was odd, but then Kimiko found the tale of what had gone on in a ski cabin between Sailor Uranus and Himalia to be somewhat distracting. Were the rumors correct and her own daughter was in a relationship with one of her teammates?
Sailor Neptune was generally amused by Uranus acting the part of the playboy seducer. The amusement factor had faded considerably at the moment. "Haruka. The date was supposed to be one night."
"Couldn't lose," said the thoroughly exhausted Haruka Ten'ou. "Had to win."
"It was declared a tie at the end of the first day," pointed out Neptune.
"It was personal," said Haruka. "Need sleep now. G'Night."
"Five nights?" Neptune demanded to Haruka's back as the shorthaired girl stumbled towards the stairs.
"Caught naps, but busy, upheld honor of Senshi," said Haruka, ending up on all fours and crawling up the stairs.
Sailor Neptune decided:
