He sighed. Well, looks like my peace and quiet is over, he mused. I wasn't expecting this today, but I think I can handle it.
Jeremy wasn't stupid. He knew from birth that things would get crazy again, and that his life would once more fall into chaos. However, he also knew that in this life, as in the past, his strength was improvisation, not long range planning. So, very early on, he had decided to just take things as they come, and deal with them on that basis.
Still, he thought, it wouldn't hurt to make a few stratagies for dealing with the various possible love interests, rivals, and assorted weirdos, I'll have to deal with.
