in the air and Ranma realized on some level that he
really did mean them. He wanted to protect Saturn, and
Moon, and even Mars and Mercury whom he'd just met. He
didn't think his father or Cologne needed him, and
Shampoo didn't seem the sort who'd want to be protected
though.

"Ranma..." a little closer.
Ranma slowly creaked his eyes open. Why was Saturn crying?
Ranma opened his eyes completely as he noticed everything around him in detail. He could tell that the old woman was a lot stronger than he'd originally thought. Shampoo was off - kind of. As for the other girls... he could feel the tie between him and them.
Unfortunately, the tender scene couldn't be allowed as Wiseman attacked.
Ranma knew something though. He had within him a new Art. One that was opposed by another Art, Yin/Yang, Light/Darkness, Day/Night. He didn't have to rely mainly on his genie for this fight because he had the knowledge of an ancient sealed technique. The:
