[Episode 97972] [Episode 97972]"Ranma" She said as she got up off the bed, naked as the day she was born. She didn't bother with her nudity as it was her husband. Ranma stopped at her call, but did not turn around. She walked up and wrapped her arms around him, pressing her chest into his back. "I want you to promise me that you'll come back. I already lost..." She couldn' t bear to say the name, as it would just cause the tears to flow again. It wouldn't matter anyways, as her control broke and she started to sob again.
Ranma turned and dropped the pack he was holding in his hands, then he embraced his sobbing wife. "Don't worry love. I'm coming back, and I'm going to get our daughter back and make those who took her from us pay. I promise you this." He smiled as he wiped away her tears. "And you know when I promise something, I'll always keep it." With those words, he trapped his wife's lips with his own with a kiss full of love and passion.
His wife sighed as he let go of her, only to pick her up. She sighed as she buried herself in her husband's arms as he carried her back to their bed. He tucked her in and kissed her forehead. "I need you to be strong right now. As long as you have hope in me, I'll never give up." She smiled at him as he gave her another deep kiss. "I'll wait for you to come back. I owe you a kiss." She said.
Ranma grinned as he walked out the door, bending down to pick up his pack. As he left the room his smile faded away, only like a determined scowl. He didn't tell his wife, but in order to get their daughter back, he is going to have to go to the deepest bowls of hell. He slowed his leave of their house when he came across a picture of him and his little girl. She was playing in the mud again (His wife always hated to get those stains out) He went out to give her bath, only to have her convince him to play with her dreaded puppy dog eyes. He smiled at the expression his wife had, when they both came in muddy. Another puppy dog eyes and their little girl had both her parents in mud playing with her.
He scowled again at the reminder of what he needs to do. Someone was going to die, slowly and painfully. He started to go on his way again when he stopped and looked at the picture again. He left and in the hallway, the picture was missing. Soon he was outside his house, where his guide was waiting. "Are you ready?" Ranma nodded as he shouldered his pack. "This is going to be very dangerous. Not only are you at risk of losing your life, but your very soul. No one would look down at you if you'll turn back."
Ranma glared at his guide. "I'm not turning back, ever! Some monster has my daughter and I'm going to get her back. Stop trying to convince me to give up. No matter what you say, I'm not going to rest until my five year old daughter is back in her room sleeping!" His guide nodded, barely hiding the respect she felt for this man. "Then we shall go" She took out an ancient staff, blazing with runes. She tapped the ground and a hole opened up to reveal a set of stairs curved out of stone that led to firey pits. "All you have to do is take the first step." Ranma nodded and took the step. "So we approach the first gate. Be aware Saotome, Ranma. You are about to see horrors unknown to the mortal man and you are going to encounter pure evil. So you must have faith."
Ranma nodded as the guide stepped past him and started to descend. Ranma took one last glance at his house and saw his wife, wrapped in her blanket, waving tearfully at him. He smiled back as he turned and began to follow his guide. He could never hide anything from her anyway. As he walked. "Don't worry honey, daddy's coming"
