Those games have that log on so that you can retrieve your save game from any other unit. Since he's logged on, that means we can track him every time he logs on.

The children and their parents saw the child being picked up and bodily thrown out into the street. They stared as the man stood over the fallen boy and proceeded to berate him.
"It's... the Ogre King," realized one of the boys.
There were gasps as they realized this was indeed the evil ogre end boss from the "Sailor Quest" games. A few adults even looked at the cariacture and back at the man yelling at his son for interrupting his training.
"AH! WHAT A SICKO! This guy's so nuts he thinks he's the character from 'Sailor Quest'," rationalized one of the fathers.
Genma saw children and adults beginning to move forward and realized he must have been seen stealing from a local restaurant. Well, his training under Happosai hadn't been wasted. "Run away!"
