“Transformers?,” asked a confused Usag… umm Sailor Moon.
“You mean like the cartoon from America? Robots that turn into cars and such?” inquired Ami. She had always like that show. Then again, she like most shows that had large mechs in them. Especially Macross.
“Are you going to arm them with PPCs and long range lasers?” Makoto had just gotten into Mechwarrior 3 and really loved the ER PPCs on her mecha.
“Will they be able to join together to form a larger robot?” Hotaru, like Ami, enjoyed those cool robot cartoons. Her current favorite was Zoids.
Ranma raised his hand to stop the barrage of questions. Once the girls calmed down he calmly said, “To answer your questions,” he turned to Sailor Moon, “Transformers are robots that can change their shape into another form. Like the American cartoon Ami mentioned, these robots that I’m designing, can change their form from humanoid to vehicle and back again. Though I’m not sure what sort of vehicle to make them yet. Unlike the cartoon they will not be overly intelligent nor have a personality of their own. I’m not that far advanced in programming at this stage. However, each will be keyed to each of you girls and be obedient to your commands. Something along the lines of what I planed for Hotaru’s pet, until some one blew it up.” More glares are directed at Pluto, who starts to sweat a little. “Also, if the need arises they can combine to form a larger more powerful robot. However, I’m still working on that aspect. Just to be clear, these robots will be numan sized and not gigantic objects like something from a Gundum series.”
He then turns to Jupiter. “If you don’t mind me asking what is a PPC?”
Jupiter blushed a little. Totally handsome he may not be, but damn he had beautiful eyes. “It’s a …weapon… in a… game I’ve been playing,” she stuttered. “The game is Mechwarrior 3 and is about battles between large Mechs. PPC stands for Particle Projection Cannon… I think.” Ami and Hotaru decided to check out this game. Hey, it had battles with large mechs, it couldn’t be that bad. Both made a mental note to talk to Makoto later.
“Hmmm particle projection…. Perhaps I can come up with a design for that,” said Ranma thoughtfully.
“Cool!! Then we can kick spam and make spaghetti,” cried an enthusiastic Venus.
“Umm that’s ‘kick butt and take names’ Venus,” said a sweat dropping Mars.
Pluto’s eye twitched. This was not supposed to be happening. The Senshi were not supposed to have help from robots. They were supposed to suffer the trials dammit!! She looked over the group. They were all beaming. Pluto’s twitched even more. Then:
