"Yes. She do it. Better her than me," said Michiru, clapping her hands three times and then rubbing them together as if she were holding a rosary between them.
"Huh?" asked Ranma.
"Now she have wake up, give Kiss Of Marriage," explained Haruka.
"GWAH?" Ranma commented.
"Is very tragic story," agreed Michiru.
"I think she do, just so she no have put up with Azusa," responded Haruka.
"GAK!" remarked Ranma, setting Akane carefully on the ground and stepping away.
Akane groaned.
"YOU NO HAVE HER!" commented Azusa, wrapping up Akane in pink ribbons and slinging her over a shoulder. "Is belong Azusa!"
"This is bizarre," said Ranma. "Yet at the same time oddly familiar."
"They make cute couple," said Haruka to Michiru.
"I think Azusa just make Akane genuinely sick," disagreed Michiru.
"Where the hell am I now... oh crap!"
Haruka sighed and rolled her eyes. "wo da airen... wo ai ni..."
"Eeek," eeeked Ryoga, beholding the girl who kept glomping him. Worse was that she tended to dress in masculine fashion and there was always someone who mistook the situation for a couple of guys cuddling. Hence Ryoga's reputation for leading guys on and flirting with other men. It was just comments taken out of context!
"That has to be the worst Amazon glomp I've seen in years," commented Artemis as Haruka tried to hold Ryoga but with a distinct lack of enthusiasm.
Michiru merely hmmmphed and turned her head so as not to see this spectacle.
Ranma simply continued to stare at the little dust cloud that was where Azusa had run off with Akane. Yelling something about a love hotel and baby ducks or something.
Amaterasu shook her head. The more things changed...
"Is she a boy or a girl?" asked a pixie.
"Body say girl, clothes say boy, mind confused, soul have aspect of both," said a somewhat older and more experienced pixie.
"So what we do here?" said Another Pixie.
"She be very obsessed," said Yet Another Pixie. "But then, she is Japanese. Kyo binbou."
"Ah," said several of the pixies. Though YAP had gotten the name wrong, all of them were familiar with the idea of the Japanese focus and specialization - particularly with this concept that a generalist with several interests could starve to death because of that very lack of specialization. Obsessing with perfection in one's chosen field of work was perfectly in fitting with Japanese society.
They were European pixies, but they had been in Japan for quite some time. They were illegal aliens, in a sense. Perhaps two.
"So what we do here?" repeated AP, who was a bit of a gossip. One could hardly do anything around the fae without the AP getting ahold of it.
"We play transformation with this Ukyo Kuonji," said YAP, younger brother to AP. "We decide to:"
