Of course, that left one thing to do. She only hoped that dropping in on these people on this Thanksgiving holiday wouldn't be looked at too terribly.
Kodachi stepped out into the street, but soon vanished in the alleys, and Spider-Rose was free to cut through the air on her errand.

Eddie watched Kodachi from as far away as he could manage, and waited several minutes before approaching the lightly secured mansion, carefully watching his step.

The Black Rose smiled as her patsy breached the gate and stepped into the yard. Now, all that was left to her was to watch the reporter and photograph him as he searched about the estate for his proof.
She had to save this information, save it until it would cause the most possible hurt and outrage to her sister. Or at least save it until the Eddie Brock decided to do something that would force her hand.
As Kodachi prowled in the shadows behind Eddie, she began to frown at just how easy it was to get around this place. No traps, no tricks, just rooms. And there seemed to be no signs of anything other than a spoiled rich girl about the place.
She was despairing of her plan with the inability to find anything that both she and the man she had to keep unaware of her presence.
It was with great relief that she stumbled onto the Spider-Rose's arsenal, hidden under the wall of her sister's bedroom. After that, all it took was leaving the secret compartment slightly ajar and waiting for the reporter to find it.
Then Eddie had his proof, and she had hers.
