"Who is I'z-chan?"
"I'z-chan is the Great Will of the Macrocosm! She always comes by and revives me and others whenever we die!"
"Oh... I see... and you think that I'm gonna give it up?"
"Hai!"
"*snicker* You're gunna have to fight me for it. It was given to me fair and square!"
"No way could I'z-chan be with you fair and square! You have taken her away from the world and now have to be defeated to restore her prescence! Ranma Saotome! I will defeat you! And if I don't.. I will take you away from here to the wonderous city of F where I will force you to become a member of... why are you backing away pale looking like Hy-chan?"
It was at that moment that all of Nerima became silent. Birds were flying far away as possible. Everyone retreated to their houses and business to protect them from the trouble that was to come.
"Oh crap... she's done it now!" Akane exclaimed.
"Oh dear... looks like we might need to get the mega first aid kit out again. Help me carry Nabiki to safety."
Akane and Kasumi carried Nabiki to the farthest place from ground zero as possible on foot.
Excel looked around.
"Why did everything become so.. quiet.. !! TORNADO!! EXCEL IS TOO YOUNG TO DIE DUE TO AN UNCONTROLLABLE WEATHER PHENOMENON THAT APPEARS FROM THE BLUE SKY OUT OF NOWHERE!!"
Excel saw the humongous dust cloud on the horizon. Had she been able to look inside, this wasn't due to a tornado, but to the fiancee brigade charging full speed towards the dojo. They had heard Excel's boisterous voice proclaiming to take their Ranma away thus triggering the protective reflex.
