Not only did she have to talk to Ranma, and it was just a guess that he was the father, but she had to expect a problem with the fiancees at some point.
Then of course there was her family.
And that wasn't even considering all the attention she'd get from the Christian elements for being a virginal mother. She shivered, she'd either be praised as the mother of the returned messiah or else she'd be deposed as the mother of the anti-Christ.
And this was ignoring the other religions.
"Well," Nabiki said. "I'll just have to keep that part secret."
"And which part is that, Miss Tendo?" Cologne asked from behind her. "The pregnancy or the fact that you're a virgin?" Nabiki turned around with a shocked expression on her face and Cologne laughed. "You need not fear for me telling anyone. Though I must admit that I am curious to see who the father is..."
"No one important," Nabiki said, continuing to walk away.
"We shall see, Miss Tendo," Cologne smiled.
