"This must be the place," Leon said as he regarded the steel plating along the walls past the wire fence that had kept the mine shut closed.
The mine was in a very out of the way place, almost impossible to find except by chance or if you were looking for it. Even with the information they had, the anti-Umbrella strike force might have missed it had the chi masters in the party not felt their way to the entrance.
"Now comes the fun part," Carlos muttered darkly, checking his weapons. He noted the look from the old woman and shrugged. "It can't hurt."
"Here's the door," Jill called back. She glanced around cautiously, seeking any sign of security. "No guards, I don't like that..."
"The evil is still deep below us," Cologne assured them. "But I imagine there are cameras a plenty hidden within this chamber."
"I don't think we can bring that door down without bringing the mountain down," Carlos decided upon viewing the large, solid steel door. "Anybody got an alternative to blasting?"
"Give me a moment," Nabiki said stepping forward. "There's a terminal here..." She stepped forward and started typing at keys. After a few moments there was a clicking sound as the door disengaged.
"Come no further!" a voice declared from inside. "Leave or you shall be dealt with as trespassers!"
"Saotome-san," Cologne said. "If you'd do the honors." And then Genma...vanished from view.
"How the..." Leon asked. The next sound was that of men screaming and gunfire.
"Clear!" Genma shouted. They walked into a room to see the entire area rent asunder as if by some giant scything blade.
"What the hell caused this?" Jill asked.
"The Yamasen-ken," Nabiki said. "One of the Forbidden Martial Arts styles created by that man." She pointed to Genma. The three soldiers looked in askance at their weaponry and then at Genma.
"Any chance of teaching us how to do that Granny?" Leon asked.
