Cepheid's Senshi: Usagi's sitrep [Episode 118158]

Off in another part of the world, on another quest entirely, was a band of adventurers. Lina, Gourry, Zelgadis, and Amelia were drifting along on a partially wrecked ship - heading towards a city where they would meet again with Filia and would meet some of the minions of the new badguy.

Setsuna Meiou double checked and the two groups showed no sign of meeting. On this adventure at least. If she understood the sort of laws of this kind of universe, sooner or later the two groups would cross paths - often at crosspurposes.

Ranma was a trained warrior who had gotten fed up at his father and left, and had just met and formed a friendship with Hotaru while the two were stranded on a deserted island.

Hotaru was a White Mage but also the child of a human sorcerer and a very powerful mazoku from what Setsuna could see.

Setsuna herself was the child of a similar union apparently. Though at this point she was hoping that this was not accurate.

Usagi was the child of a human parent and a golden dragon, and she was on a quest.

Setsuna gaped momentarily as Usagi helped out an elderly merchant whose wagon had a broken wheel. Apparently Usagi had greater than normal human strength as part of her draconic heritage. In fact, this was one of the problems Usagi was dealing with in this life. She was tougher and stronger than most guys, and quite often she was clumsy because of that very strength.

Usagi's quest was a simple one, which was the recovery of a mystical orb that had been stolen.

Normally this would be simply tracking the thief. In this instance it was made more difficult by:
