Throwing a small pebble into the brook she grimaced in remembrance of the soft and rhythmic sound of snoring that filled the tent. She was tough so the sound hadn't immediately chased her out but after some serious twisting and turning she had finally had enough and left the tent. Bunny picked up another pebble and threw it into the water in irritation.
Everything was going to be alright, tomorrow she would travel with her two new friends to a place the boy had called Nerima and there she would be able to report her missing pokedex and get some help from the local Pokemon community. Yeah, everything was going to be alright, if only she could get some shut eye!
Hefting another pebble and throwing it into the brook Bunny blinked in surprise when there was no splash.
"Grimer!" Bunny jumped as she heard the grimy voice ring out in the dark.
"Who- Who's there!?" She called out, while peering in the general direction where she could now hear some splashing. Grimer? Where had she heard that before?
"Gri-meeer!" The grisly voice called out again as the sound of splashing drew ever closer. Slowly backing away Bunny gave a sudden yell in fright as two confused eyes peered back at her. Quickly turning tails Bunny ran for the tent stumbling every second step.
"Noo! Stay away!" She yelled, the horrible smell that had her fleeing making it hard to concentrate. Why was it following her? What was it doing here? Crawling out of the tent while rubbing some sleep out of his eyes the ponytailed boy's appearance was so sudden that she couldn't help but barrel into him. In a mass of flailing limbs she and the boy tumbled into the tent pulling it down with them as they fell to the ground.
"Look at all the pretty colors!" The boy babbled making little sense if any at all as little swirls appeared in his eyes. Bunny didn't know what the hell he was talking about and frankly she didn't care, all she knew was that she had to get away from that smelly creature; something that proved a difficult task as the little slimeball seemed intent on following her.
"Don't let it get me!" She pleaded as she rolled off of the boy, "It smells like a toilet!"
Sitting up the boy rubbed the back of his head. "What smells like a toilet?"
About to point out the creature Bunny came up short as she realized that said creature was nowhere to be found. The smell was still lingering there as strong as ever but those strange eyes that had peered back at her with such an introspective look earlier simply couldn't be found anywhere. Frowning Bunny pouted slightly. "Well it was here before.."
"Sure it was.. I believe you," he answered her as he stood up, clad only in his starfish-patterned boxers. "You probably just scared it away 'is all."
"Yeah--" Nodding her head what he was saying finally caught up with Bunny and she swiveled in his direction angrily. "Hey! I'm not scary!"
"Huh?" The boy replied intelligently.
"Grimer?" The slimy little creature inquired as it crawled out from under the boy's discarded dirty gi. Two sets of eyes turned in its direction, one set going wide in dread the other one wide in surprise.
"See? I told you a smelly monster was after me!" Bunny whined as she backed away from the slowly advancing creature. This close she could make out its grey color and shape. It wasn't all that big really but the horrible stench it was spreading was enough to make her retreat from it - the thing didn't smell like a toilet, it smelled worse.
"Lets catch it!" the now wide-eyed boy exclaimed, startling Bunny as he suddenly darted past her towards his backpack from which he pulled one of his pokeballs. "Gotta catch 'em all!"
Watching Ranma throw his pokeball in front of the Pokemon a large sweatdrop appeared on the back of Bunny's head as the little worm the boy had put in it earlier materialized. "What good is that thing going to do you idiot!?"
"Umm well.. that is--" the boy gave a small laugh, abandoning the squirming worm to its fate as he started to poke the place on the collapsed tent where his sister had to have been sleeping. "Come on sis! I chose you! Wakey wakey!"
Pulling her attention away from her weird friend Bunny dove for his backpack. There had to be something useful there, after all the boy had said he had a Pokemon and no matter how odd he acted she just couldn't swallow that it was truly his sister he had talked about earlier. That was just a game he played with his sister right? He couldn't have been serious could he?
Rummaging through the boy's belongings among a big supply of food rations and a set of extra clothes she found four more pokeballs as well as a firstaid kit, a pokedex and a lacy black bra of all things. Leaving the bra where it was Bunny clenched her fists in disappointment. "I don't believe this, he doesn't have a Pokemon!"
"Grimer?" The slimy Pokemon asked in a perplexed voice as it nudged her foot. Bunny stared at the grey Pokemon, the creature stared back.
"Get away from me!" Bunny screamed throwing one of the empty pokeballs blindly at the creature. With a sudden flash of light the little Pokemon got sucked into the ball. Bunny facefaulted.
