Not only a Sailor Senshi, she also seems to have been Spliced at some point. The meeting yesterday had proven that she somehow has the ability to supress or enhance the genetics of the Splice.
He mused on this, because first and foremost, he was a scientist. Mysteries, to him, were things that were meant to be solved. If it weren't for his curiosity, Splicing itself would only be a concept, instead of a process that anyone could use.
So, be bent his skills to this. It was a simple task to list out steps in the problem.
He pounded his fist into his head. Figure this out, idiot! he mentally berated himself. Perv after you're done!
6) By listening to and reading reports, she has been observed as a Senshi in human form.
7) Magic is in use, to grant her the powers she has over Time.
Therefore, could a part of her abilities as Sailor/Panthress Pluto also grant her the ability to control a Splicing? Could she somehow pass it to others?
He plopped onto the couch, as the total implications of what he figured out finally hit him.
If Setsuna was a Senshi, does it mean that some of the girls she might be around were a part of her group? From reports, there are Senshi for each of the planets, as well as the Moon; could some of those people have been Spliced?
Could the fact of one of them being Spliced be the reason that Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune attacked the clinic?
Would it be possible for the Senshi to reverse Splices by the use of Magic?
Could they possibly enhance those same Splices?
He felt himself grin. Ms. Meiou, he thought with a chuckle, I think it's just about time for a little meeting of the minds...
