Usagi Tsukino simply tried to do what she did best. Make friends.
They had lost two of their number, sort of, as Uranus and Neptune were now Chinese Amazons who had sworn to follow her. Their skills were much improved and their devotion to her cause was without doubt - but they had definitely altered.
There was also this Ninja Demon-Slayer named Ukyo Kuonji. She pocketed the Slayer's business card and agreed to call when they were fighting any ancient evil. Much as the black dragon named Kodachi was now an ally to call on when needed.
Nor were those two the only ones whom she was talking to and making the acquaintance of. For that matter, many of the Senshi were making the acquaintance of other beings entirely.
"So you want to have more in your life than duty?" asked Bastet of the girl.
"Yeah, I'd like to get some hunk, do you suppose you could help?" asked Minako.
"Hmmm," hmmmed Bastet, exchanging a glance with Aphrodite. "Yes. Actually. I think I know just the guy for you."
"Oh?" said the desperate girl, trying not to seem desperate.
Bastet purred as she enjoyed playing matchmaker. "Yes, I think I'll just introduce you to:"
