Since wreckage was flaming, he didn't think touching the stuff himself was going to be a good idea. Naturally he immediately set to looking around.
The lab was set up with lots of equipment he didn't know anything about, except they were complicated. There on a table, clamped into place, was one thing which didn't look very high tech. A gnarled old walking stick.
Ranma tried shifting the mass blocking the corridor by poking it with the stick, trying to find some leverage where he could apply his strength. Finally, not expecting it to work, he slammed the stick into a large segment of concrete.
crackle BOOM!
"DAMMNNNNNN!" said Ranma.
Sailor Pluto suppressed a yawn. Constant vigilance at the Gates Of Time, a place outside Time or Space as either was commonly defined. The mystery of Ami's brother had been tabled for now, as it seemed to have made absolutely no difference at all.
crackle BOOM!
Sailor Pluto wet her lips and wondered if her heart could beat any louder. At least it was still beating.
Just what the heck had happened?
Putting aside how weird this was, Ranma shoved the debris aside with a single sweep of the hammer he now held in one hand.
Lettering on the hammer gave him a little more of a clue. "'He Who Holds This Hammer, If He Be Worthy, Shall Possess The Power Of Thor'? Thor as in the Norse god of thunder? This... has possibilities."
