She only knew that Ritsuko was a catgirl that could power up to Magical Catgirl Medic Ritsu-chan.
Therefore she searched her own files and found the mechanism easily enough. "Mystic Miracle Matrix!" This command surrounded her with glowing computer graphics hanging in midair. "Guardian Power ON!" The patterns of light began rotating until with a flash the transformation was done.
Ritsuko was the Mystic Medic, the Senshi of Medicine. Misato was the soldier. "Magical Cyber Soldier Misa-chan. Systems Active."
Rei was developing wings, transforming into a sort of angel. Asuka and Maya were transforming as well.
Misato let her senses extend through the network of power and connections that existed around the room. "Chimera is returning. You'll need us to fight it off."
"What did she mean by that?" asked Hyuga.
"All connections to outside Tokyo-3 have been cut, right?" asked Fuyutsuki.
"Yes, checking on current conditions of Angel designated Chimera," said Hyuga. "It disappeared?"
Fuyutsuki's eyes widened. "It was riding electromagnetic fields in cables. What if it could evolve to ride-"

Seeing a monitor of the geofront display arcing electricity and a big shape forming, Fuyutsuki winced and finished his statement. "-the electromagnetic waves of television and radio signals leaving the monitoring area?"
"Chimera's form is unstable," announced one of the other bridge buddies. Lieutenant Maya's replacement was a Captain Carter. "It's gone. No - it's in Terminal Dogma!"
"WHAT?! How could it get down there? That should be shielded unless it's moving along - Cut ALL POWER!"
The lights went off. Power went off. Air circulation went off.
"Uhm, if we monitor its progress we're actually helping it move, but if we cut all power around it - we're deaf and blind but it will be slowed down. Fast moving there, by the way," said Fuyutsuki, trying to find a solution.
"I didn't cut the power," said Hyuga.
"Come on," said Cyber Soldier Misa-chan, wrenching open the door. "We've got to stop that Angel!"
