As she entered the medical room, she took another look in the mirror, paying close attention to her eyes.
"My eyes are now spirals of green and purple," Nagisa thought, as she touched the mirror. "My energy blast is now shifting to purple."
Nagisa shook her head and sat down waiting for Ritsuko to come in. "My dreams are getting weird again. Last night, I dreamed that my house attacked me and that Iczer-1 appeared in front of me and killed my house with an energy blade. That dream, no nightmare, makes little sense. It makes as much sense as the dream of me falling through a solid wooden fence onto a gray platform overlooking a bottomless void."
Ritsuko came in and gazed at Nagisa in her pink and yellow mini-dress.
"I still have no idea why you insist on wearing that outfit."
Nagisa shrugged, as she replied, "It has great sentimental value."
Privately, she thought, "Not to mention, it can generate a force field if I'm in danger. I do remember it doing that from my dreams."
Ritsuko shook her head. "I have more pressing matters than doing your check-up. I have to attend a seminar about the Jet Alone project next week and have to prepare my arguments."
Nagisa asked, "Can I go with you? Just being tested every day is kind of boring."
Ritsuko bit her lower lip and thought heavily about the request. After a couple minutes of internal debating, Ritsuko nodded.
"Very well. I'll clear it with the commander."
Nagisa said, "Thank you."

Nagisa left NERV and got a vague sense that something was wrong. She quickly took a look towards the sea and saw a black diamond heading in her direction.
"Why haven't the alarms sounded?" Nagisa mumbled, as she dashed back into NERV.
She quickly made her way to the command and control center and found Misato going over Synch test results.
Nagisa hesitantly approached the Captain and spoke. "Uh. Captain Katsuragi?"
Misato looked up from her reports and sighed. "Yes. What is it?"
Nagisa said, "There is a big black diamond shaped object heading this way from the sea. I think it's an Angel."
Misato started laughing. "I doubt it. The alarms would have sounded by now."
Nagisa stared at the captain. "I saw it."
Trying her best to suppress her laughter, Misato waved to one of the lab techs. "Maya, bring up the cameras that point in the direction of the ocean."
Maya tapped some keys. "Acknowledged."
A viewscreen came up and showed the Pacific Ocean. To everyone but Nagisa, it was a clear horizon.
Misato said, "See? There's nothing there."
Nagisa approached the screen and pointed to a black speck and asked, "Then what is this?"
Maya made a spiral motion with her finger while pointing at her head, and said, "Probably just dust. I'll magnify it if you want."
"Please do," Misato said.
The speck became larger and larger, showing without a doubt that there was big black diamond heading in their direction. Misato stopped laughing and hit the alert telling Rei and Shinji to head their EVAs.
Nagisa turned around and saw Misato looking at her with an odd look on her face. "How could you see something that far away?"
"I think it has something to do with Iczer Robo."
Misato clenched her fists. "Right. Just stay out of the way for now."
Nagisa thought, "I know it has something to do with Iczer-1. Something about space travel."
Rei and Shinji had made their way to their respective mecha and called the command center. Nagisa stepped out of the view of the cameras and waited.
Misato said, "We have a possible Angel heading this direction from the Pacific Ocean. If it is the Fifth Angel Ramiel, stop it before it gets into Tokyo 3. You have your orders."
