All of which was decidedly not what Genma had been looking for. He wanted a power that would make his son the strongest warrior around, and he'd wound up finding a rune that would allow the boy to get more dates than he'd know what to do with. Of course, that was not all that it could do, but those were the basic powers and influences.
However, all he could do was to sit there, with his arms across his chest and wonder when the boy would get up. It was his hope that he'd be able to discover just what he had gotten, but at the moment, his son was his main concern. He did not know just what his boy was getting, and he wasn't quite sure about why the enforced slumber was going on, but he did have at least some concern for his only family and heir.
Had he known that his only child had a Rune that had to do with love, sex and riches, he'd have been rather... conflicted. The chance to get to be wealthy did have a definite allure, but he'd really wanted to have a son so strong in the Art that he'd be able to awe people by telling them that he'd trained him. But since he didn't know it, all he could do was wait for the boy to reawaken.
