"'Mount Terror'?" asked Usagi, thinking that didn't sound very warm and fuzzy.
"Indeed, past construction of martial arts training devices on said mountain may save on time preparing and grant us more time in the actual training," stated Thor. "Tis a bit of a hike to get there, but is still not far as such things go."
Minako thought about cozy campfires where she could cuddle against a brawny god of thunder.
Makoto thought about sharing a meal around a campfire with a god of thunder.
Rei wondered if she should bring an extra can of "Off."
Usagi wondered if Ami was going to feel left out.
Doctor Mizuno read the note when she got in. Training trip to learn attack coordination and work out tactical responses to hostage and yoma attack situations?
She shook her head. At least he was taking this whole 'save the world' thing seriously.
Well, with her hours she was coming in while they were likely just arriving at school. She could count on Ami to rein in her brother's more impulsive behavior.
"Oh good grief," said Ami, burying her head.
Usagi watched her friend for a moment. "You don't like the idea?"
"He's taking charge already?" asked Ami.
"No, he's a relative expert in the field of training to defeat specific opponents who is acting as advisor," suggested Makoto.
"I'm sorry, Mako-chan, but you're not thinking," began Ami. "He's just a martial artist with a powerup and against our opponents -"
Makoto flinched as if slapped. "Well, I'm sorry that I'm not a genius juku student!"
Ami blinked, trying to figure out what had just happened as Makoto got up and left their lunch table.
"THAT went over like a Custard Last Stand," muttered Minako.
