Biting her hand didn't give her any insight. She didn't think she tasted good. Her scent was slightly musky but didn't have any particularly appetizing quality to it.
So why did cats keep trying to bite her?
Elfgirl Chiho-chan was going on about the school trip tomorrow to Okinawa. Puppygirl Tomo was being a pest. Unchanged (yet) Yomi sipped from her water bottle with the occasional cough to indicate that she was just beginning to manifest the disease. She was hoping she'd get through it on the trip out. Then there was Kagura. Kagura was still out - but since this was her third day, it would be interesting to see WHAT joined them tomorrow for the trip.
Sakaki smiled and tried to resist the impulse to rub cute little Chiho-chan's ears. There was just something so petable about her class now.
Other places. Other changes. Other people.
Sango was standing on the roof of the shrine, her elven ears listening into a conversation she KNEW she wouldn't have been able to overhear before. Her eyes seemed to see more and further than ever, seemingly focussing in on the distance and then shortening that distance somehow as if she were closer.
She HAD noticed that she was somehow more developed in the chest area, and she had DEFINITELY noticed how much more sensitive she was in some places. She also made a note that the points of her ears were not something to touch or rub casually. Very sensitive there as well.
She listened though, and put together odd details of this unfamiliar life Kagome had away from the familiar setting she was more used to.
The three girls dressed like Kagome were apparently old friends who went to this "class" thing with her. They had not been told about Kagome's trips to "the Feudal Era" previously, but with all the changes around them were open to such concepts now more than they had been.
There was also some guy apparently that was Kagome's boyfriend here in this odd world. Inuyasha's growl was completely sincere. So was Kagome's "sit" following that. Then one of the girls started speculating about how many boyfriends Kagome actually had.
Inuyasha, predictably, left after the third "sit" and Kagome's denials and arguments with her friends continued.
Sango looked down at Inuyasha stalking off and decided:
