With the door safely shut behind them she'd been driving Ranma back step by step with the intensity of her passion before he finally tripped over a yard bench and the pair went sprawling in the grass, Kasumi on top, while a hail of poisoned spike passed harmlessly overhead.
And worse yet, every time she would come up for breath then she'd tearfully ask for some reassurance and he hadn't a clue how to deny her! So far he'd agreed to dump Akane in her favor (a pang was suffered, but on reflection he'd not lost on that trade), protect her forever (not a burden really), take care of her (similar duration, likewise), and now she had paused momentarily with those kisses of relief and thankfulness to stare at him point blank with big, liquid eyes and a trembling lip.
"Ranma, do you know how happy you've made me?"
Furiously, he shook his head no.
"Do you want to see how grateful I am that I belong to you now and not to my family who got me stuck in that awful pit?" She melted closer.
Terrified, he faintly nodded yes.
Her smile could have relit a failing sun it was so bright and warm. Her lips descended. It was a perfect moment when their gossamer touch melted his flesh...
... so, naturally, considering what universe this was, it had to end with a splash of ice water in the form of Ukyo's question. "Ranchan, what are you doing?"
Penguins appeared out of nowhere to play on the flesh of the frozen Saotome. Kasumi didn't seem to notice as she sat up to brilliantly glow toward the approaching chef and gymnast.
"Ranma just did the Most Wonderful Thing saving me from a life of prostitution by buying my contract himself! Then he agreed to become my fiance instead of Akane so it could be proper and honorable and I could remain a pure woman! Isn't that The Most Delightful Thing?" Kasumi glowed serenely.
Kodachi rested an arm on one of the deer that had appeared out of nowhere to frolic on their lawn, as it ate a handful of roses out of her other hand. Ukyo was briefly nonplused by the birds flying down to lay a floral wreath around her head, and the squirrels who began to sing in chorus from the trees.
A newspaper was flung over the wall, breaking open to reveal a headline as a boy's voice came from the other side. "Extra! Extra! Read all about it! Amazing new medical process cures all infectious diseases! Process can be performed for pennies worth of electricity! A machine that requires no training to use!"
The sun broke through some clouds and decided to illuminate the spot where they were all standing, except Kasumi, who was still lying across Ranma.
As a pair of pink rabbits appeared to rub affectionately up against her legs Ukyo smiled and bent down to pet them, saying, "Okay, I can take a hint. Kasumi's happy, I'm happy."
"STRONG is she in the Force!" Yoda appeared to nod in wonderment, eyes alight and ears tall in excitement. Kasumi had bent down to nuzzle Ranma again and steam began to rise from the blue ice coating his body, so she didn't notice the Jedi Master.
Kodachi's eyes were alight as she felt something very similar to what her Ranma-sama made her feel. Murmuring softly so as not to disturb the many furry animals who suddenly trusted her to pet them, she stated, "Miss Tendo, please be welcome in our home. What is mine belongs to Ranma, and as you are now his must also be shared with you."
Green grass decorated with hundreds of wildflowers sprang up a foot tall around the Tendo girl, concealing her as she bent low to give Ranchan a very special kiss on the lips.
