Nabiki was a genie, her element ice. A queen of ice, of sorts. Her strength hadn't changed, but her ability of cryokinesis and her ability to levitate had already proven to be quite useful. Genies, more perhaps than any other sort of altered girl, felt that need to find their "special someone" almost constantly.
Akane flexed her wings and considered her own talents.
"AKANE TENDO, MY LOVE!"
Akane turned towards the deranged kendoist and let him know her displeasure.
FWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
The smoking kendoist's bokken flaked and blew away as ash on the wind before he keeled over.
Akane smirked, revealing her cute little fangs, and brushed hair away from the vaguely 'ram horn' growths that curled from her temples to frame her pointed ears.
"Let's see her tongue," said Hiroshi.
FWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
"I'm not a lizard, I don't do that tongue thing," said Akane to the second smoking pervert. Her stomach rumbled, interrupting any further dialogue. "Hmmm."
"TAANSTAAFL?" asked one of the other altered girls, an elfgirl.
"TAANSTAAFL," agreed another elfgirl.
"There ain't any such thing as a 'free lunch'," explained the first girl. "Energy for telekinesis, pyrokinesis, and such - gotta come from somewhere."
"That's it," said Akane, stalking off with her tail held high. "Lunch."
"Ah," said Girl B.
Soun Tendo was a man of extremes. He could be blustering and attack his guests for a perceived infraction one minute, then be bawling with his buddy a moment later, then collapsing down to bawling weenie status the next.
Like the Kuno family, the Tendo family was of samurai heritage. This was one reason for Kuno's fascination with Akane, it was also the reason Soun strapped on samurai armor on a regular basis when he was raging. As with Kuno, a certain pride in one's heritage was something integral to him. The Saotome family may have been wastrels and contained its fair share of idiots, but it had once been of the same old school.
As opposed to the Chardin family, which had foreign roots.
Being mentally not the most stable of fellows, and as he did value respectability within the community - he was a bit put off by his three darling daughters being altered.
He was also a bit frustrated in that he couldn't do a whole lot about it.
So he was looking for something to vent on. Preferably something unlike the Master, who would vent back.
Which was odd, as if he had known how much trouble the transformations were causing Happosai - he might very well have changed his mind about the whole thing.
"This the place?" asked Jack O'Neil.
"The infamous Tendo Dojo, center of chaos for over a generation."
"If it's been that long," said Samantha musingly, "maybe there's something to indicate why or how the disease began its spread here."
"Good idea, keep an eye out," agreed Jack. "I'm not even sure what to look for. It's not like there's going to be a..."
Teal'c was staring at something. Jack saw, and he began staring as well.
See the site where the plague began!
Tours of Akane's bedroom - 1000 yen!
Special group rates for scientists.
"...a sign in English or something," finished Jack.
Teal'c once again did a 'Mister Spock' imitation that should have earned him an award. "I believe that I may have uncovered a potential lead."
