Torajin: Tigers and Tendos, oh my [Episode 150612]

Ranma wasn't happy. No, he definitely wasn't that. Here he went to all this trouble altering his life to something he thought he could genuinely take pride in. Here came his father forcing him into exactly the same situation. All he'd managed to do, it appeared, was eliminate Jusenkyo from his list of problems.

Ranma sighed, crossed his fingers, and hoped that it went better this time. Somehow.


"Yes, yes, outside Matsudeira's Grocery?" Soun spoke into the phone, showing an animation he hadn't possessed in years. "Yes, take a left at the next corner. Head straight for three blocks, take a right, and we're about halfway down the next block. I'll see you soon."

"Oh my, father, guests?" asked Kasumi, drying a dish while listening. It was so rare that her father got a phone call, after all.

"Yes, we need a family meeting," said Soun, heading for the stairs.

"Nabiki's in her room, Akane's out in the dojo," said Kasumi, a little concerned. "She seems to have had a particularly bad day at school. She was quite upset about something."

"Nabiki had a bad day?" asked Soun, pausing.

"Well, her too," admitted Kasumi. "The swelling should go down by tonight."

Soun paused, wondering if he'd missed something. Nah, it should be fine.

Kasumi sighed and went to straighten up. It was terrible, in her opinion, the way things had worked out lately. That young man at school who had declared himself to be a samurai and full of vitriol towards the "Western influences that had weakened Japan" and his further declaration that in Ieyasu's tradition - Westerners in Japan should be forcibly expelled or executed. It didn't sit well with a lot of people.
