Pressing his lips together, Ranma tried to figure out just what this was supposed to mean. He wasn't certain about parts of it, but he did know that he certainly did not like the part that said that they'd gotten rid of her body. That was simply wrong in his book, as the only way that a body should have anything like that happen was when it was already dead, and had to be taken care of before any problems set in. The idea of the girl he knew just... 'losing' her body like that was not acceptable, and made him wonder just what had happened to her in particular.
Fortunately, there was this 'soul transfer' thing that had been paused, and he didn't know quite how they'd 'eliminated' her body. If her spirit was still around, then it was entirely possible that he could do something to help her. Of course, he had little to no idea of what that could be, since he had no idea of what was going on here. All he did know was that Akane was apparently being moved from her body, though he didn't know why, how, or by whom. Though, he was pretty certain that it wasn't by her choice, as he doubted that anyone would let themselves be left in oversized jars, waiting for some sort of 'transfer', even if he knew that some people could be really weird. But he knew that it was unlikely that he could find a reason for it to happen to everyone. It'd have to be mass dementia or something, since everyone getting up and doing this one morning, all without him knowing was highly unlikely. He might not have Nabiki's talent for figuring out secrets, but he knew that even he could manage to figure out if something like this were to happen.
Figuring out what had happened would have to wait though, as he needed to help Akane out. Being stuck in any transfer sucked, and he didn't want her to be lost in the spiritual equivalent of waiting for the bus. If nothing else, he could get her transfer finished, and get into contact with her. Then, he could be able to have at least someone to talk to, and they could work from there. The girl that he knew wouldn't want to sit still for this, and, for once, he had no trouble with that.
'First things first. Time ta figure out what this 'corruptive agent' is,' he thought to himself, and frowned as he pulled the information up, which told him that what the warning was saying was that she had:
