NovaKen: Iron Maiden? Red Armor? Metalgirl? [Episode 151281]

She had powers and abilities beyond normal martial artists!

Lift a car? No problem! Well, except for the finger marks she left in the metal.

Bend steel in her bare hands? Child's play!

Crush rocks down to powder? Easy!

Swim? Not only no, but hell no.

"Anchorgirl?"

"Don't even start, Nabiki."

"Iron Maiden?"

Akane considered that one. It had a certain accuracy but she just didn't feel right. "I don't think so."

"Red Armor?" tried Nabiki.

"Makes it sound like I'm Chinese," protested Akane.

"We've got to come up with something catchy," said Nabiki. "Something that'll sell. I mean, something that will go over with the public that can keep people from thinking you're one of those yoma running around."

"Yeah, I don't want to get into that old 'heroes mistakenly fighting each other' cliche," confessed Akane.

"Metalgirl?" suggested Nabiki.

"You're getting worse," said Akane. "I wonder how much I can lift in my armored form?"

"Galatea?" suggested Kasumi, stopping in her measuring of Akane.

Akane and Nabiki stared at their oldest sister.

"It's the Greek legend of a statue brought to life by the gods," explained Kasumi.

"Oh," said Akane and Nabiki together.

"We could get you a Sailor seifuku and make you Sailor Steel?" tried Nabiki.

"Hmmmm," hmmmed Akane, considering that.

"A maid uniform and Sailor Maid?" suggested Kasumi.

"You're beginning to get into this," noted Nabiki.

"Why not?" asked Kasumi. "It sounds fun."

"Absolutely nothing happening," said Soun from behind his newspaper. "Not happening."


He was Nova, the human rocket!

He could fly at Very Fast speeds. His helmet relayed information to him that indicated he was faster than a speeding bullet if he was interpreting it right.

That didn't matter too much right now. There was his mother and Ami, apparently wondering why he'd called ahead to have them meet him on the roof. Heh heh.

He circled the building twice, then made a landing which was slightly harder than he'd intended. Well, he'd get the hang of this flying thing soon enough.

They were staring. Now all he had to do was take the helmet off, smile. "Hey, I was out learning these new martial arts styles and found something really neat!"

Ami and Kumori Mizuno gawked briefly at the sight of Ranma in a costume, having just FLOWN in and landed on the roof, exhibiting typical Ranma cockiness in addition to superpowers. Their reaction was:
