But children were children, and she couldn't leave them without care, especially in a situation such as this. It just didn't sit well, and the 'mother' in her cried out at the idea of abandoning such young ones at all. Not that she was actually contemplating being so cold, as it just wasn't in her nature to be so callous.
Of course, it did help to have a youngest daughter to break the ice.
"Can I have your autographs?!" Akane was asking, a pen in one hand, and a card in another.
Minako blinked before nodding at the girl before her. "Sure!"
"Guess that little sis can stomp over anything...." Nabiki murmured.
"What's that supposed to mean?!" her younger sister demanded.
"You didn't even stop before going to bother them, did you?"
"I just wanted to see them in person!"
"Understandable, though...."
"What?"
"You look a lot like the blue haired one," the middle Tendo daughter comment.
"Hey!" Akane snapped, though she did take some measuring glances at the the girl in question.
"Maybe you are supposed to be with them...."
"Don't say things like that!"
Sibling conflict was something normal, so Kimiko could work from there. "Stop it girls. There are more important things to worry about right now, like your new little friends."
"You're calling us 'friends'?" Makoto asked.
"Certainly, dear," The Tendo matriarch commented, and pulled the tall pokegirl into a light hug. The action was simple, but the resulting cry and cuddle was really a major experience. She also saw Ranma looking rather disgruntled at being ignored, though he did relax when she had ruffled his hair.
Fortunately Kasumi picked up things from there, and her shy little smile and wave resulted in him blushing and smiling back. Even Nabiki got into it, as she started looking over at the various pokegirls, trying to measure them up. Soon, all three sisters were caught up in the situation, what with Akane becoming buddies with the girls, Kasumi looking to ease the situation, and Nabiki doing a lot of teasing.
Not that Kimiko was idle, as she was starting up care for the pokegirls, as she moved like any mother would. She saw children in trouble, and even if they had a few added appendages in certain cases, they needed help. With Kasumi as her little helper, she was making good progress, and was ready to bring them someplace safer to give them better treatment.
