Ninja Fox: The Dreaded Ninja Fangirls [Episode 156184]

by Proteus

It was a typical day at Leaf Village Academy. The students were as rowdy as one would expect during the last day of school. As usual, Iruka simply sat at his desk while check off the last names on the roll. Sasuke Uchiha was brooding in his usual spot, Kurama was one empty seat away from him and sleep again, Hinata Hyuga seemed to be hiding in the top left seat like always, while Shino sat beside her and Kiba beside him with that small dog of his not far off, and Choji Akimichi sat on the first row while trying to eat the last of the food he had smuggled in before class. That only left…

“IT’S MINE!”

“NO MINE!”

… the girls.

Iruka sighed as he heard multiple crashes and what sounded like an explosion on the other side of the classroom door. When it finally came open three kunochis stood on the other side of the door, while most of the girls that were supposed to be in class lay sprawled out in the hallway and unconscious. Then the two female ninjas on both sides of the middle one double-teamed her and they were the only ones left standing. They were Sakura Haruno, and Ino Yamanaka.

Now before this story continues, it should be noted that Sakura and Ino were far from the top ninja-hopefuls at the academy. In fact, other than Sakura’s high scores on most of the exams, they were both pretty average when it came to everything. So don’t go thinking that the both of them are some cool ultra-ninjas that can take out a small army. They just got lucky because, apart from the overly shy Hinata, the rest of the female ninjas aren’t that well known to the writer.

Also, you’re probably wondering what nearly every girl in the class is going at it like a bunch of alley cats. Well, early on in the year after both Kurama and Sasuke got fed up with being surrounded by their adoring fans while in class. Both of the boys tried various methods to solve this problem. In the end the whole thing was solved by accident. One day Sasuke just came and sat down and Kurama did the same a few minutes later, although because of his dislike for humanity in general they sat a seat apart. The rest of the female student body saw this as their chance to get closer to their dreamboat, but there was only one seat. Things just snowballed from there.

“Alright Sakura,” Ino said as she jumped in front of her friend turned rival. “We both know how this is going to end, so why don’t you just save me the trouble and go sit over there.” The blonde ninja pointed to the seat on the opposite side of the room of the boys.

“Yeah right,” Sakura replied sarcastically. CHA! I’LL KICK HER ASS SO HARD SHE WON’T BE SITTING DOWN FOR A MONTH, she raved internally. Then before her former friend could come up with a comeback, the pink haired girl sprang at her.

The battle was fierce beyond words. Neither girl showed mercy to her opponent as they fought their way down the stairs with such viciousness that it kicked up so much dust that all anyone could see was the occasional arm reaching out. But when the horror was over, and the dust settled, a dirty and slightly bruised Ino was sitting on top of a dazed Sakura.

“VICTROY IS MINE!” the blonde ninja shouted with arms raised to the heavens before rushing up in a burst of speed to claim her prize. But like every single other day when the fight was concluded, no matter who won, the winner was far too self-conscious of her looks to try anything with the boy she had a crush on.

With the morning battle concluded, Iruka told all the girls to shake it off and take their seats. They all did so, with Sakura taking a moment to glare at her rival, and Ino returning the stare until there seemed to be sparks going off in the space between them.
