Approach Minoru and say: "Hey, Minoru. I just cooked up a new Deck and I need to test it out. Would you mind being my opponent?"
The young boy's eyes doesn't leave his laptop's monitor. "Sorry, Negi. I'm in the middle of looking over the computer code for the Holographic Duel System software for one of my classes. Perhaps another time."
So much for him. Walk over to Shingo and say: "What about you? Would you mind being my sparring partner?"
"Can't duel now. Gaming," droned Shingo much like Homer Simpson as his robotic character used a beam saber to slash into his opponent.
Wow... in that case, I may as well leave the dorm and look for a test opponent.
Within a few minutes, you are standing outside the Obelisk Blue Male Dorm. As soon as you exit, your PDA beeps indicating that someone has sent you a message.
Let's check it out.
You activate your PDA and see an image of Sho. "Hey, Negi! Just to let you know that you forgot your Duel Disk and your deck back at the infirmary and that I took them both for safe keeping. If you want to get them back, you can drop by the Osiris Red dorm where I'll be cramming for Professor Chronos' pop quiz."
... I'm such a forgetful guy. Well, let's head over to the dorm and get my stuff back.
After five minutes of walking, you are standing in front of the Osiris Red dorm. It's not very luxurious or anything. You see a door open and a man with a black ponytail and glasses stepped out. He gave a small yawn before noticing you. "Hello there! Can I help you with something?" At his feet, a plump cat rubbed against his legs. The man bent down to pick up the cat. FYI, this man is Daitokuji-sensei, one of your course instructors.
Say: "Yeah. Which room is Marafuji Sho residing in?"
"He's the second door upstairs. You can't miss it."
Say: "Thanks!" Then head upstairs and knock on the second door.
It didn't take long until Sho poked his head out. "Oh, hey! I'll be right back!" He rushed back into his room and came back with your Duel Disk and your original deck.
Take the Duel Disk and switch Dueling Decks since I need to test my second deck. Come to think of it... say: "Can I come in for a bit? I want to ask you for a small favour."
"Uh... sure! I mean... as long as you don't take too long. We need to cram for that quiz!" Sho allows you to walk inside. The room is fairly small with bunk beds and a study desk. Hayato and Judai were both looking over some notes although it wasn't difficult to tell that they weren't focused on the studying.
Well... once I get everybody's attention, say: "I recently added a new deck to my Dueling Arsenal and I need to test it out. Is there anyone interested in being my opponent?"
Sho and Hayato seem hesitant but Judai's reaction was the opposite. "I'm game! I mean... I would rather be dueling anyways instead of studying for the Professor's quiz!"
"B-but Judai-aniki..."
"Relax, Sho! The duel won't take that long and we won't really be using Duel Disks in our small cramped dorm space. We'll just duel on the floor so that we won't disturb you!"
Say: "Everybody wins!" Ready my second deck, put on dueling glasses and save game.
Saving game... done.
Judai took out his own deck and lowers himself to the ground. "Ready when you are!"
Get into a comfortable position on the floor and then draw opening hand.
