She knew exactly what it was like. Tomorrow a black cat with a bandage across it's crescent mark would be beaten on by kids. Tomorrow a young girl named Usagi Tsukino would be late for school. Today was a very pleasant day with clouds skidding across an azure blue sky, the usual traffic problems in bustling Tokyo, and -
"Outta the way, old lady!" declared a kid on a hover-skateboard as he cut past Setsuna at high speed.
Setsuna Meiou, guardian of the time gate, Senshi of Time, twitched. Then stared. "What the -"
A nearby policewoman finished ticketing a powerarmor parked next to an expired meter, glancing at the civilian ID Senshi. "Do you want to press charges?"
"N-no," said Setsuna, now staring at HOVERCARS (also hoverbikes) flying in orderly procession overhead.
The policewoman moved on, muttering something about how did anyone expect the problem to get better if they didn't prosecute.
Holographic displays beckoned customers (who ignored them for the most part) and the fewer older-model ground based vehicles trundled by in the familiar fashion.
"Sailor V & White Dragon Collectibles," proclaimed a sign.
Setsuna wasn't sure she wanted to investigate. She decided she really didn't want to investigate after some thought - but that she probably should.
Inside she found plushies, and she found toys and...
"The V-Cycle?" asked Setsuna of the clerk behind the counter, pointing.
"Yes, it just came out," said the clerk with a smile. "It even has a sound chip."
Once again, she really DIDN'T want to know, but she HAD to know.

"Hentai Power On!" "Uhm, that's HenSHIN Power On." "Oh yeah, haha."
"RIDE! For truth and love and justice!" VROOOOOM!
"Turbo ON! ECM Active!"
"You can't beat me, because I am Sailor V! And I have truth, love, justice, and a whole lotta firepower on my side!"
Setsuna put the V-Cycle down. "Okaaaay."
"The 'Sailor V' 'Artemis' and 'White Dragon' all have preprogrammed sayings too," chirped the clerk, wondering why her customer looked so darn depressed. Maybe if she demonstrated?
Setsuna's eyes were glassy as the Artemis plushie proclaimed "Venus! Don't Push THAT Button... too late."
She twitched as the Venus plushie proclaimed "Do Your Best, And The Stars Themselves Are No Limit."
She really twitched as the White Dragon plushie proclaimed, and in RANMA'S voice, "Venus. You're standing on my foot. Again."
