But as he had her very first kiss, and since she had spent so much time and effort in pursuing him, it would take more than just a kiss. The other problem was whom to fixate her on. Ideally it would be someone Ranma never had to spend time with. And it would have to be someone who deserved to be saddled with her.
Having braved the traps before, it wasn't too hard to sneak into her room, and put her under. He convinced her that she took pride, even more pride than in her rhythmic gymnastics, in her ability to kiss passionately, and to seduce a man through kissing.
She felt that she was by far the best kisser in Nerima, and would fight for her title. Unfortunately one man defied her, and claimed the title for himself.
She would need to search him out and challenge him. Unfortunately since she only kissed men, and he only kissed girls, they couldn't find a judge (Ranma explicitly added that he would always be seen as unsuitable in case his dual gender were ever discovered). So the only way to settle their relative ranking would be to kiss each other.
Ranma made sure that Kodachi wouldn't cheat by enforcing the idea that since there was no judge or referee, the only way to win was to make sure the opponent knew they had fairly lost; therefore knocking out the opponent wouldn't do any good, however caressing during the kiss for example, would work.
And since he wanted to keep Kodachi busy for more than an afternoon, he suggested that when one of them lost, they would have to go away and train for a rematch. The only way to hold the title would be through repeated successful victories.
Training for the match would consist of kissing people. However kissing people Kodachi already had an attachment, or who had feelings for her would be useless. How could she practice the art of seduction through a passionate kiss with someone like Ranma? Since he already had feelings for her, it would be too easy.
These instructions would, at the very least, keep her busy. And with luck she would fall for her opponent, or one of her training victims. And her opponent would maintain the running battle, because Ranma would be giving him identical instructions. The two of them would repeatedly try to snog the daylights out of each other, and make them weak-kneed.
And Ranma couldn't think of a more worthy opponent for Kodachi than Mikado Sanzenin.
While Ranma was sneaking out of the Kuno mansion, he decided on a whim to visit Tatewaki. Ranma hadn't decided how to punish him, since he was worried that Kuno would warp whatever he was told to include Ranma and Akane. However, since he was passing through, there was no reason not to play a joke on the deluded samurai.
Ranma merely told him that everyone knew smaller penises were a sign of masculinity and superiority, and that Kuno was proud that he had the smallest in the school. He knew his manhood was smaller than Ranma's and that this was worth bragging about.
Ranma failed to account for Kuno's need for grandiose exaggeration. Nor for Kuno's need for the dramatic.
The next day, upon arriving at the school, they noticed Kuno's prepared speech. "The only way you could be enslaving so many women is through sorcery, for while I wield a bokken openly and carry a tanto, you conceal a daito in your pants."
"What are you talking about?"
"Your huge phallus proves you're less of a man than I!" At this point Sasuke, despite his attempts to dissuade his master, released the fireworks and unfurled the banner reading "Ranma has a huge dick."
This was dragging Ranma further into the limelight than he intended, so it was left to a female classmate to ask aloud, "And that's a bad thing?"
"Of course!" Kuno announced. "When married, Ranma's tool would fill his wife to the bursting point, where my wonderful manhood is small enough that it would allow my wife to sleep uninterrupted through our congress!"
