Nodoka's Solution: Horror Game? [Episode 164751]

"Shampoo thought was appropriate, is 'girl night' so tell spooky story - yes? Is spooky game." Shampoo tapped the box. "So if box seem a little creepy - is designed be so, yes?"

"Well, it does kinda make sense like that," admitted Ukyo. "Ghost stories and such, and the pictures on the box are kinda like that."

"She has a point," said Kodachi after contemplating the box, "I suppose."

"I suppose," agreed Akane, not sounding too enthusiastic about this. She hated spooky things, but she watched that sort of thing on TV. Sort of a love/hate relationship.


Ranma was about to say something, do something, at this point. Except that he seemed to be frozen in place, unable to move except to watch from the sidelines. Or, in his case, a shadowed portion of the ceiling.

This was, Ranma realized, his place in the events of the evening. Because a horror show needed an audience as well.


"Just a round I suppose," said Nabiki, grudgingly. After a round of this lame game, they'd be ready for some high stakes poker. She was quite prepared to play the group for profit, as expected. Only Kasumi's presence threw her off that, and not by that much.

"It's different, I suppose," offered Kasumi.

Shampoo opened the box, a little disappointed that little spectral lights or something didn't go floating through the air. "Dice look funny."

"It's that old yellow-green material they used to make glow-in-the-dark stuff out of," realized Akane, relieved. It was just an old board game after all.

Nabiki looked over a deck of cards rubber-banded together with [Encounter] on one side. She smirked, oh yeah - this was a LAME game. They would be so very ready for her to suggest something different at the end of one round. "So this game simulates -"
