Friends And Family: Movements [Episode 165598]

by Kender

Normally, one wouldn't find a teenaged boy marching down a highway, especially one deep in the mountains like this one, but there was one dark haired young man who was doing exactly that. His clothing was travel worn, and fitted with the sort of shape that outfits of long and favored use had. On his back was a pack that was adjusted for comfort and support, and was filled in the way that only someone familiar with travel could do to maximize the space. And a scowl seemed to be burned onto his face.

But then, Ryoga Hibiki wasn't exactly a happy young man. Somewhere out there was the one that he had been searching for. Until that individual would be found, he'd never be able to rest. After all, one could not allow such insults to go unanswered.

Ranma Saotome had to pay for what he'd done, and pay he would. For the taken bread, the dishonor of running away, and making him chase him, that pompous ass would be the one to feel how it was to be screwed over. He was going to find that bastard and make him pay for it all, including that disastrous trip to China. Going forward was going to be the key to it, as he was certain that he would be able to stomp right over Ranma and his ego just as easily as he continued to march on dow this road.

Unfortunately for him, he didn't realize that he was on his way to Hokkaido at the moment.

There had been a time when Nabiki had imagined herself married to Tatewaki Kuno. He was admittedly good looking, had enough money for them to live happily on for decades, and was someone who she could 'guide' quite easily. Had those been his only problems, then she might have considered it to be part of the 'package'. She'd had to deal with it, and would be able to fix what would be 'broken' the first time around.

Then she'd tried not to laugh out loud at the idea of something so absurd happening, as she certainly did not even find his face all that appealing.

So, having the boy in question stand over her desk was not exactly a a comfortable situation, mainly because the idiot didn't remember what she'd told him about 'personal space'."My 'aunt'?"

"Yes, woman," Kuno grumbled. "For there could be no other interpretation of who she is."

"Is that so?"

"Absolutely! She looks just like your mother, save that she is dressed in the same garments that your uncle seems to favor."

"Hmmmm.... a girl with a pigtail who wears Chinese clothing.... Oh man.... this is interesting...."

"Then you do know her!" Kuno declared with great anticipation in his voice.

"As far as I know, there is only one person around these parts who fits that description, and that is someone that I know," she murmured as she saw him yank out a brush and a scroll, and begin to write.

"There! That should do it."

"Finished then?"

"Exactly. I wish for you to deliver this message to her."

"And without little old me being supplied with something in return for my services."

"Curb your mercenary ways, woman. It is ever so unseemly," he growled at her.

"It was just a simple question."

"I despise you, you know that?"

"You have no idea how pleased I am to hear that, while:
