Grave gained a small smile as she watched her twins eyes widen tremendously and her skin visibly pale.
“Nice weather we’re having isn’t it?” Grave asked Brianna cheerfully as the other girl backed into the wall.
Brianna continued to stare at her nightmare made flesh and idly wondered when the lightening bolts were going to start flying.
“G-G-Grave Digger!” Brianna stuttered, managed around the shock.
“In the fur!” Grave agreed cheerfully, holding her arms wide out as if to show herself off.
Brianna’s eyes darted frantically around the room and then settled on her quad laser pistol that lay under her pillow.
She lunged for it.
Grave was faster.
Brianna suddenly felt woozy as her world blurred to black and she hit the ground hard as she fell into an unnatural sleep, her head bouncing off the casing of a dismantled Peebo.
“Brianna, Brianna, Brianna… ” Grave muttered as she looked over her magically challenged twin before wincing, she hated that name and could not believe her sibling had accepted it.
Brianna.
Britney plus Gina.
Grave shook her head, she could not think of a more demeaning name.
Walking over to Brianna’s closest Grave fished out a pair of handcuffs and a length of rope. After closing the handcuffs around Brianna’s wrists to keep her hands behind her back, Grave then tied Brianna’s wrists together with the rope and ensured there was no slack.
The rope was somewhat of a necessity, Brianna used her handcuffs in sexual games, and Grave could not remember if they had an emergency release, so she decided not to chance it.
With her loving twin, now suitably incapacitated and no longer likely to blow a hole in her forehead Grave reached out with her hand and touched Brianna on the head, awakening the other girl from her unnatural sleep.
Brianna stirred and then awoke slowly, eyes blinking tiredly as they peered at a blurred figure in front of her. A figure that quickly came in focus as Brianna remembered the events before her unscheduled nap and adrenaline pumped though her veins.
“Hi!” Grave greeted the other girl cheerfully again, a smile on her face.
Brianna struggled to move for a moment and discovered that Grave had quite securely tied her hands behind her back. The best she could manage was to sit upright, which she did.
Grave stepped back from her sibling on the floor and sat down on Brianna’s bed, idly tossing a bra off the bed before turning to Brianna who was slowly becoming more and more afraid of what this psychopathic little were-cheetah was planning.
Grave obviously spotted Brianna’s distress and smiled reassuring at her. “Don’t worry; I have no intention of hurting you at the moment. That’s just to stop you from blowing a hole in me,” She said cheerfully, gesturing to the rope and handcuffs that restrained Brianna.
“How did this happen? How did you get here?” Brianna demanded, she idly thought about screaming for help but Grave would probably kill her before she could alert anyone, besides she did not want anyone else hurt by her evil side.
“Well, I’m not an expert but I’d guess it was the Jusenkyo water.” Grave answered smirking at her flustered twin.
“The twin water was only supposed to make a copy of me!” Brianna insisted.
“Ah, no,” Grave informed the other girl. “With the twin spring, Jusenkyo tries to find a dividing line to split the person down. Now on a normal person this will be something minor, like one twin ending up right handed whilst the other is left handed. Now, splash someone like Ranma and the dividing line will be between his male and female side. Now, splash Miss Brianna Diggers and… ”
“… and you appear… “Brianna finished, getting what Grave was talking about.
“Give the girl a tuna fishy!” Grave crowed.
“So what now? Your going to try to kill our sisters again?! Damnit Grave, why do you want to kill them?” Brianna demanded as she tried to struggle free of her binds to no avail.
Grave coughed into her hand. “Well… Actually… I don’t”
Brianna blinked. “What?” She asked confused as she stared at the petite were-cheetah blankly.
“I do not want to kill Gina or Britney Diggers” Grave enounced carefully.
Brianna blinked yet again. Inside her head, something was screaming ‘DOES NOT COMPUTE! DANGER WILL ROBINSON!! ’
“You DONT want to kill Gina or Britney?” Brianna asked bewildered.
“I don’t want to kill them.” Grave agreed.
“What’s with the sudden change of heart?” Brianna asked suspiciously.
“Well there’s nothing like a near death experience to make you look back on your life and reevaluate things. Which wasn’t that difficult since the total sum of my life is only a few hours” Grave stated somewhat sadly.
“It’s your own fault,” Brianna told her coldly.
Grave scowled at Brianna before she calmed and then sighed. “Well yes it is. This is why I want to do things differently this time around.”
“Differently?”
“Well yes… The whole killing ‘them’ to get out of their shadows thing not only isn’t working but at this rate I’ll both be in my sisters shadow and dead.” Grave explained somewhat irritated. “I would like to live and I’m willing to do anything to achieve that goal. I think that’s well within my rights.”
“How do I know you telling the truth?” Brianna demanded.
“You don’t.” Grave replied cheerfully as she lay down on Brianna’s bed, propping her head up with her arm before continuing. “However if my objective was to kill Gina and Britney still then I could just kill you to keep you silent, stash the body somewhere and then take everyone out one by one whilst they are still ignorant of my presence.”
Brianna felt a chill up her spine.
Grave shrugged from her position. “Like I said, that’s not my goal anymore.”
There was silence between the two sisters as they both fell into their own thoughts.
“So will you help me?” Grave asked curiously to Brianna.
“You expect me to help you after you tied me up?” Brianna asked incredulously.
“Mmmm yes… “ Grave muttered. “ I suppose we’ve gotten off on the wrong foot but you were the one who lunged for the weapon first.”
Brianna thought about that for a moment. It was true that Grave had not made any threatening moves until Brianna had lunged for the gun. In fact, Brianna distinctly remembered Grave commenting on the weather of all things.
Brianna sighed. “You promise that you won’t try to harm or kill Gina or Britney or any of my friends and family?” She asked seriously, although she wondered how much weight Grave put on honor.
Grave nodded. “Sure, so long as you promise not to try to harm or kill me when I remove your ropes and to help me convince everyone that I’m on the level.”
“Okay.” Brianna agreed, mostly to get out of the ropes as the blood flow was being cut off from her hands and it was starting to hurt.
Grave sat up on Brianna’s bed and stared at Brianna for a long moment, searching the other girl’s eyes for something.
Grave sighed and padded over to the other girl, unmindful of her or Brianna’s nudity as she practically shoved her breasts in Brianna’s face in order to undo the ropes.
Once the handcuffs were off Brianna brought her hands around to her front slowly and rubbed some life into them.
“My wrists are sore; I’m going to run some water over them.” Brianna stated as she got up and headed to her personal en-suite, Grave walking slowly after her.
Grave sat down on the edge of the bath tub and sighed as she felt the cold tub on her bare ass.
“I’m going to need some clothes, do you have anything that’ll fit me, or will I have to attempt raiding Gina’s room in the nude?” Grave asked curiously, smirking slightly at the thought of what Gina’s face would look like if she met a nude Grave Digger in her bedroom.
“Oh I might have something that’ll fit you; some of my outfit are quite elastic or are meant to be worn loose.” Brianna said casually as she ran hot water over her wrists and then shifting her body to block Graves view, picked up a glass and began filling it with hot water.
Grave snorted. “Good, heaven knows what would happen if I met your father in the nude. Would be slightly awkward to expla…”
Grave sentence was cut short as Brianna spun around and splashed her full in the face with the glass of hot water.
The air itself cackled violently with magical energies for a moment before they slow abated.
Brianna froze in shock, not only had the Jusenkyo curse not been cured but also Grave Digger looked ready to kill, downright homicidal to be truthful.
Grave was scowling deeply as magical energies sparked across her body and a deep threatening growl emanated from her throat.
Brianna closed her eyes and waited for the end to come.
When she failed to experience any horrific pain or violent trauma after several moments, she opened her eyes and was shocked to see Grave trying to control herself.
Grave closed her eyes and took a few deep breaths to restore her calm.
“Now that wasn’t a very nice thing to do.” She bit out to her sister in a voice that was heavy with underlying tension. “Fortunately I predicted someone might try that and took steps to neutralize that particular problem.”
Brianna gulped.
“Steps?” She asked both fearful and curious.
Grave smirked at her trembling sister. “I used the old curse to empower the instant Jusenkyo water to a more permanent state. You won’t be getting rid of me that easy.”
Brianna smiled weakly and tried to hide the glass behind her.
“No harm, no foul?” she chuckled weakly.
Grave was still scowling at her. “I should really hurt you for that… “ She stated darkly, unimpressed by Brianna’s attempts to send her back to oblivion.
Grave let Brianna sweat for a moment before waving her off. “I let you off this time to show I’m serious about this but anymore attempts to dispose of me will be met with lethal force. Clear?”
“Crystal…” Brianna admitted, surprised at the leniency.
“Good” Grave said cheerfully, her good mood strangely restored. “Now let’s find some clothes and then you can explain this to our parents and sisters as soon as possible. I’d rather not chance having them dispose of me again”
“Me explain?” Brianna asked.
Grave stared at her.
“Yes you. Do you think they’d believe anything I’d have to say?” She asked dryly.
Brianna began to chuckle slightly; she was beginning to like this Grave Digger if only a little. It was a shame they could not do anything fun like shopping for a while because the grounding Brianna had received.
Brianna’s heart suddenly stopped, her eyes widened and her pupils shrank to pin pricks. She’d been grounded for a week for turning Ranma into a were-cheetah, but if she explained Grave Digger and the instant Jusenkyo packets to her parents….
Brianna groaned before collapsing to her knees, “I’m going to be grounded for an eternity!”
Grave smirked before walking around and patting Brianna on the back. “There, There.
