As Diana had knowledges about a reality that little Setsuna and big Hotaru didn't know about, they decided to take her home, so they could call for a Senshi meeting.
Except for the obvious age difference of Hotaru and Setsuna, this version of Tokyo really wasn't that different from what Diana remembered from the last time she and Chibiusa travelled back in time.
But as soon as they arrived in the Outers' home, she already discovered another difference.
Hotaru groaned as she heard the unmistakable bleeping and blooping of a video game from the living room. "Are those two still at it?" she groaned.
When she opened the door, Michiru and Haruka were sitting in front of the big TV and playing a racing video game. Michiru looked like she did it rather unwillingly, but Haruka was all the more enthusiastic.
But the biggest difference was that both of them didn't look older than 15 or even 14...
Hotaru coughed. "Um, good to see you're having fun, but did you take a look at the clock? I believe it's time for Michiru to go home."
"Awww, does she have to?" Haruka whined. "I was just winning..."
"Yes, definitely," Hotaru nodded. "Her parents will be worried."
"Don't worry," Michiru smiled at the sullen blonde. "I'll be back tomorrow! G'night!"
She stood up and walked past them. "Hello, Diana," she said without really looking at her.
"Um, do you want me to take you home?" Hotaru asked the turquoise-haired teenager.
"No, it's fine," Michiru replied. "It's only one block, after all! Good night!"
Diana looked up at Setsuna curiously. "Michiru doesn't live here?"
Hotaru looked surprised, then she smiled. "No, of course not! After all, she's only 14. Her parents would be pretty upset if she starts thinking of moving out at that age."
"But, Haruka..."
"This is the house of Haruka's parents, silly," Setsuna giggled. "But as they are rarely home, they asked Hotaru-mama to look after her."
"That's right," Hotaru nodded. "And as Setsuna is my adoptive child, she sleeps here as well."
"Hey, what's up?" Haruka asked as she came from the kitchen, munching on some cookies.
"Haruka, I told you: No more cookies before going to bed! And, to answer your question: This isn't really the Diana we know. She's from a different reality, it seems."
Haruka looked at Setsuna with raised eyebrows. "Weird time and space stuff?"
Setsuna grinned. "Yup, weird time and space stuff," the little girl said.
'This is getting weirder and weirder,' Diana thought. 'When Haruka and Michiru are 14, I wonder how old the other Senshi are...'
