First, he'd been brought along to a strange island where Ranma was supposed to stay and rule. Having that jerk in charge of anything was distasteful, but at least it would have gotten him out of his hair. Instead, there'd been a set of crazy bus rides to where he'd been left behind at a restaurant. That meant that he'd have to find his way back to the group on an island that had already proven to have more magical pitfalls than Kuno made speeches in a day. Yet, not even that was what really sent his day to seemingly spiral down the toilet bowl of fate.
No, that had to do with the company that he was currently keeping.
"NYOW!"
"MEOW!"
"MER-OW!"
As the restaurant where he'd been left behind was basically a temple to an Egyptian cat goddess, there were a number of felines around the place. They didn't show up when customers would arrive, as there was never any real reason for it. Yet, they were there, and when something caught their attention, they went after it.
Due to that, P-chan was currently racing along as quickly as his little hooves could carry him. He had plenty of reason to do so, as there was a horde of rather agitated felines all racing right behind him. This would be a problem in and of itself, but he had the added bonus of them wanting to do more than stampede over him.
"SQUEE!" he went as he leapt forward to avoid the snap of one cat's bite. Then there was the dodging of claws, and the running from being pounced upon. They were not out for playing either, as they were obviously finding him rather... appealing. Since that appeal came in the form of him being a plump little creature that had stumbled from cat to cat until they all knew, and were annoyed, by him, they were bearing a certain intent to harm him.
And with the obvious salivation that they were doing, anyone could see that the mass of at least thirty cats running over every available surface behind him, their hunger to catch him came rather literally.
'Why is this happening to me?!' he whined to himself.
Then he led the mass of cats to start their eighth circuit around the restaurant.
"Well, what do we have here?"
Nabiki turned around and faced what looked like something that she had hoped to find. Well, she at least wanted to see another person around the place, as she knew that she needed help. To find a busty older woman in a vest lounging on the top of a massive mushroom and smoking from a hookah wasn't exactly what she'd been expecting to see.
On the other hand, she was starting to recognize that the woman wasn't exactly 'human'...."
"Okay," the middle Tendo daughter murmured. "This is new."
The strange caterpillar woman smiled slightly, while:
