That and the Angel Of Death apparently pursuing him.

However, the balance of life had shifted abruptly. Things had altered in this Impact.

Ranma wondered briefly about the Ghost Cat. Spirit Dolls. Etcetera. He knew, due to things like that intersecting his life BEFORE this latest weirdness, that dying wasn't the end. That something could remain.

So running into something that wasn't completely normal could be expected by him.

Especially as he had no idea where he was now. All he'd been focussed on was getting away. Where this place was - that he wasn't too clear on.

It was, in fact,-

• Mahoro Academy. Maybe he can get a good view if he climbs that big tree there.
• In front of a shrine. Might as well pay his respects and pray for help. He was up against supernatural stuff, and any advantage you can get... (Higurashi, Hino, or whatever)
• looking at a seriously creepy giant decaying dead angel-of-death-girl lying sprawled out across the city.
• back at the Tendo Dojo. Oh, crap, he's imitating Ryoga?!
• something else
