He snuck away and changed, putting on his Torajin armored suit, the utility belt, and his various other tools as needed. He tuned into the police frequencies, listened briefly, then nodded and began roof-hopping.
Ranma wasn't above using whatever he could find and make work in any given situation.
Tech-gadgets, magic, even alien gizmos - as long as he could have someone in the super-community look things over and disarm whatever traps there might be. Which reminded him, he'd have to go looking up Dr. Light sometime. Not the whacko criminal, the local one who'd been with the JLA briefly.
However, since he was up and about tonight - he'd just go to a different address. Both the Titans and the JLA had a database of potential contacts. Supers who weren't superheroes or willing to go the villain route. Some of them, like Doctor Occult, occasionally went into the hero territory but mainly spent their time in fairly mundane pursuits.
Some of them didn't cross that line at all, but were contacts or consultants for heroes to touch base with. People who were able to handle the weirdness that went with the whole superhero/supervillain/superspy/etc thing but preferred to keep out of that end of things.
