In one of the more remote training grounds Naruto was busy at work training. It had only been one year since Naruto’s bloodline awoke and he began training under Inoichi Yamanaka, but serious changes had overcome Naruto. No longer was Naruto the hyperactive prankster that gave the ANBU captain an ulcer when he was bored. Thanks to the fact that Inoichi and his old teammates treated him with respect and kindness Naruto calmed down. Because Inoichi had directed the considerable energy that Naruto had to training, Naruto no longer was pulling pranks like he use to. All and all Naruto was shaping up from a sort of half-wild little boy into young teen that those who knew him were proud to call a friend.
Some might say that Naruto was maturing at an unnaturally fast rate but they didn’t know the burden of his bloodline. It took Naruto weeks to get to the point that he wasn’t overwhelmed by other people’s thoughts every time he used his bloodline. It was because of this fact that Naruto had learned about the Kyuubi. It had taken Naruto accidentally reading the concern and worry from Sarutobi and Inoichi to calm the little nine year old at the time down. For months afterward though, Naruto had a great fear that might accidentally contaminate his mind with the Kyuubi’s due to mistake with his power. This drive to protect himself from the Kyuubi, As well as the wish not to invade people’s privacy was what led to his rapid mental growth.
In terms of his regular ninja skills Naruto was a little above average. What made this so amazing is that in terms of pure skill a year ago Naruto was, and he knew it, pathetic. Back then his Taijutsu had more holes in it than an Aburame had Kikai bugs. But his Taijutsu was flawless when compared to what Naruto had called Chakra control. Those two had been the first things that Inoichi had corrected when Naruto came under his tutelage. Now Naruto had true Taijutsu style due to Inoichi give Naruto the scrolls for the Red-Tailed Hawk style. This style was a sister style to the Osprey style that the Yamanaka family used. Also, Naruto now had reasonable control over his immense chakra; but he did not enough to really show how much more chakra he had compared to his classmates.
Whatever problems one might have with Naruto’s current regular skills those problems would be more than made up with due to Naruto’s skill in his bloodline. Naruto’s Psyker bloodline, a name he had created seeing as the bloodline was unnamed, truly was one to be feared. Currently Naruto could only move small rocks and other such objects with the telekinetic part of the bloodline, but it was growing steadily. Naruto saw himself in a few years flying among the clouds and crushing the hearts of any who attacked his village or his friends.
On the Telepathic side of his bloodline Naruto was making even greater strides. One of the techniques he had created for his bloodline was ‘Ninja Art: Mind Hack’. What this ability did was it sent out a telepathic ‘probe’ into the mind of the target. The ‘probe’ would then scan through the targets mind to find the desired information. After the information was found it would then be ‘downloaded’ into Naruto’s conciseness. Another trick he had created was to use his Telepathy to create a sort of ‘radar’ to keep track of people around him.
It was because of this telepathic radar that Naruto detected that he was being watched. Naruto was nervous do to the fact that he had been practicing his telekinetic abilities by floating rocks in the air in a circle around him and the person had obviously seen him do it. One of the things that Naruto was careful of was to not practice his bloodline in front of people that didn’t already know about it because he didn’t want the population to know until he was at least a genin. Deciding to confront the person, Naruto called for the person to come out and ------ came out of the bush.
