It was a rather lively atmosphere in the kitchen of the Sakurada household as Nori hummed a tune under her breath while preparing her infamous Flowery Hamburger. She was in a rather good mood as her younger brother seemed to be a little more up and about. Compared to his earlier self where he simply stayed in his room and ordered junk online, this is a vast improvement. "Nori-san, where do you keep the silverware?"
"It's the first drawer underneath the microwave, Souseiseki." The Fourth Doll of the Rozen Maidens pushed a small chair to boost herself up so she could get to the drawer and get the utensils for dinner. "You didn't have to help set the table, you know."
"Well, it's the polite thing to do as a dinner guest," replied Souseiseki. "I only wish my sister would do the same-"
"EEEEEYYYAAAAHHH!!! How did you pull off that move, Chibi-Ichigo?!" screeched Suiseiseki in horror as her Kun-kun video game character fell in defeat.
"I don't know, na no! I was just pushing buttons and then Neko-Ren did that thingy with the light, na no!!" exclaimed Hina-Ichigo.
"Rematch, desu!! I call a rematch, desu!" Just as the Third Doll made her challenge, they heard a large scream of anger upstairs and the shattering of glass.
"Stay here, Nori!" Souseiseki placed the utensils down and rushed upstairs to Jun's room. It took her a bit of effort to open the door but once she did, the only damage that she could see was the broken window. "What happened?!"
Shinku placed her tea cup down and raised an arm before the window started repairing itself. "Suigintou needs time to come to terms with her current situation."
"Should we go after her?"
She shook her head. "No. She won't be doing anything foolish. To do so at this point could jeopardize her chances of becoming Alice and she knows it."
Suigintou didn't know where she was flying and she didn't care. All she could think about is how she is now bound to a human. And not just any human... the boy who acted as Shinku's medium. It was as if some hand of fate was sabotaging her chances of becoming Alice. 'Dammit! Damn them all!!'
She finally needed to catch her breath and landed on a small brick wall near a street lamp. Her thoughts were so jumbled as she couldn't understand what type of motives that the boy possessed for saving her. "Suigintou?"
'Well, speak of the devil...' She looked down to see the scrawny boy with glasses, dressed in a jacket for the weather. "You..."
