"I thought you said that some of them gave up," Genma said.
"Yes," Bahamut said. "So now we're down to the stubborn ones."
"Like," Genma said.
"Most of the elves have consolidated behind one supplicant, save for the drow, who are still in full support of their own," the wizard said. "The humans are supporting the Ukyou girl. That one halfling girl is insistent, as are her parents, and their community. They say she's too tall for anybody else."
"She's only about four feet tall," Genma noted.
"That's huge for a halfling," Bahamut said. "She's the one that had the accident with the growth potion, right?"
"Yes," the wizard said. "Poor girl."
"Those werecats of Bast's have their own canidate," Bahamut added.
"The various oddball monsters have pooled their support of that one medusa-harpy half-breed," the wizard nodded. "She's quite lovely considering despite her family."
"What about the dragons?" Genma asked.
"Everytime I ask the dragons anything," the wizard said, turning to Bahamut. "They snicker and say..."
"...Mira is keeping an eye on our canidate," Bahamut finished.
"That," the wizard said. "There are also the dwarves and the planetouched. All in all, the eight different factions of kingdom have each presented one bride for a choice.
"In any case, we have to figure out how to handle this," Bahamut said, sighing.
