Ranma, despite what many of his classmates thought, was not ignorant of things that were happening in the world that were not directly related to martial arts. In fact, Ranma was quite knowledgeable about the more bizarre happenings in Japan thanks to reading the tabloids which covered that sort of stuff. He knew that what was printed in those tabloids was true because of the fact that there had been several articles about the craziness in Nermia that were 100% accurate.
Thus Ranma knew about the Sailor Scouts and was able to figure out that his wife Michiru was part of that particular group of magical girls. The only question on Ranma’s mind at that moment was why Michiru’s uniform had changed so much. She definitely wasn’t Sailor Moon and that was the only Sailor Scout who was known to have a mutable uniform. In a calm voice Ranma asked Michiru, “Uh Michiru, why is your uniform like that? I mean I can figure out that you’re a member of the Sailor Scouts, but why is your uniform so different?”
It had surprised Michiru that Ranma had been able to figure out that she was a Sailor Scout because of how different her uniform was from the other scouts. However, Michiru decided that how Ranma had made the connection wasn’t that important at the moment. Instead she decided to start explaining everything to him. “My uniform is different because you and I are married. The senshi magic that all the Sailor Scouts have causes some changes for a senshi once she freely gives herself to a man.”
Michiru then walked up to Ranma and gave him a gentle hug before she continued on. “I know that you and I don’t remember what had happened last night that cause us to marry. However, we can’t say that we were forced into this marriage against our choice. Since whatever we did was done without coercion by anyone, we freely entered into our union.”
“My uniform has changed as a result of my senshi magic and our marriage. I am now more powerful then I used to be in the regular senshi uniform. This increase in my power is to help me protect any future children you might father for me. And you will be my future children’s father Ranma because my magic has bound me to you. The senshi magic will ensure that you’re the only who can give me children; any other man’s seed will be instantly rendered sterile as soon as it touches me.”
Ranma gazed at Michiru and thought about what she had just told him. Part of him was a bit skittish because of the fact that she was ‘bound’ to him. However, that part didn’t have any real influence over his decision. Due to his own experiences with magic Ranma figured that Michiru would need some form of reassurance at that point. Since he never was very good with words Ranma decided to reassure Michiru by gently kissing her on the lips.
