Anime System Lords: Midnight Museum Break-in [Episode 206462]

by HistorianoftheKais

For the first few hours after acquiring his new host, Inari just pretended to be Ranma. While at first Inari had considered the option of pretending to be Ranma Saotome while he started to build his power base, he had quickly decided to nix that plan because Ranma’s life was too chaotic to be a useful cover. Once everyone else in the Tendo house went to bed Inari made his move. He quickly removed all of the useful martial arts scrolls, all the loose cash on hand, and several magical objects from Happosai’s room. Unlike other Goa’uld Inari had known that real magic actually existed back when he had been one of the most feared System Lords.

Once Inari had gathered all of the items he wanted, he put them into hammer space. That nifty little trick proved once again that the Tau’ri were not the dumb beasts that the other Goa’uld liked to believe the Tau’ri were. Inari then left the Tendo house and headed straight towards the best place that he could think of to locate his queen: the museum. Since the museum had been in possession of the canopic jar that he had been imprisoned in, Inari was fairly certain that they would also have the canopic jar of his queen.

When Inari got to the museum he entered through a window and then used the Umisenken to hide his movements from any visual security devices. Inari then slowly walked through the museum being extra careful not to trip any low lying security systems. Using the map signs to show him the way Inari walked towards the storage facilities of the museum, carefully picked the door lock, and went inside.

Inari took one quick look at the rows of shelves in the large room and started visually scanning the room. It was obvious to Inari that the Tau’ri must have some sort of inventory system to keep everything straight. All he had to do now was to find where the Tau’ri kept a quick check system for their inventory system. Upon seeing a computer terminal off to the side Inari knew that he had found what he was looking for. He quickly went over to the computer and as he had expected the computer had an inventory of all the items in the museum.

It took a few minutes, but Inari was able to find his old prison’s Id in the museum’s system. Inari then cross-referenced that item with all other items currently in storage. Once the computer had compiled the list Inari had to spend several minutes looking for the items that he wanted to find. His queen’s jar and a plain black chest that no one could get open had been recovered and were in storage just a few feet behind him.

Immediately after Inari deleted all the files that were directly connected to Goa’uld artifacts, he got up and went to down the shelves. The first thing that Inari did upon arriving next to the artifacts he was after was to open the black chest. Before he had been imprisoned long ago, Inari had created several of these black chests and had loaded them with items he had felt would be useful to him upon his return. They had all been specially designed by Inari so that only he or his queen could open them. When the chest opened up Inari quickly transferred everything into his hammer space pockets except for two Zat Guns which Inari placed on his belt.

Just as Inari was removing his beloved queen’s jar from its crate, he heard someone behind him holler out, “Stop right there!”
