"Interesting," said Sekhmet. "I'll just do this."
"What did you do?" Kishijoten asked. "That was a really complicated knot there."
"Something I'd been working on," admitted Sekhmet. "You know how few timelines have werecats of any kind?"
There was general agreement to that, though not all of the goddesses were particularly into the concept of lycanthropes.
"Well, now he has a Combat Bite - given in anger which does damage. Unless he's angry he has a transformative bite instead. Those bites heal quickly and transform the victim into a werecat. That Kasumi Tendo would make a nice were-housecat, don't you think? Or maybe that Makoto girl - a quite attractive weretigress she'd be."
"Don't think you've snuck by that bit about them being inclined to act catty, and for girls to want to join his pride after the bite," said Athena, looking over the enchantment. "Though at least you're not going with 'mindless thrall' or something tacky like that."
Amaterasu, Sif, Athena, Freja, Urd, and Hestia all considered their basic inclinations here.
"Well, weapons or armor are out, just doesn't fit the image that well." Amaterasu pondered aloud. "I think in the case of oh hoh!"
Freja shrugged. "Why not?"
Several of the goddesses stared at what Freja had added. Finally Amaterasu felt she had to comment. "The Touch Of Seven Heavens? Do you have any idea how badly that could screw up his life?"
"The ability to pleasure women to such a degree that whoever he ends up with may end up trying to graft herself on? Or at the least not be able to sit down regularly?" Freja made an offhand gesture. "Cheetahs are sprinters and fast by nature. Now even if he has only time for a 'quickie' - he can not only satisfy his girl - but satiate her."
"Well," said Urd, rolling up nonexistent sleeves, "this looks like just the thing."
"You're fixing him up with another girl?" Bastet asked.
"Well, look at him," said Urd. "He's actually taking charge of his life and trying to improve himself. He no longer fits in with the crowd of reactants he's normally associated with. Sooner or later he's going to break it all off and get out of there. Unless you go altering all of them - they'd want to return him to being a thoughtless egomaniacal jerk. And sooner or later one would likely succeed - there's enough magic floating around after all."
"So who did you decide to fix him up with?" Hestia asked, wanting to see who the lucky girl was.
Urd smirked. "Oh, I thought it might be interesting to arrange a little love match like so:"
