World Watching(EVA): Heavens Change [Episode 21400]

There were many variables that made a world what it was. A single change could create a major difference in the way things turned out. Or a major change could result in all sorts of chaos resulting. All it took was one moment to change everything, even a little. And that was what the watcher watched for.

He looked towards the image of the 'Evangelion' world he had chosen and pursed his lips as he saw what was happening. Not in concern or in worry, but in thought as he tried to figure out what the difference was. And soon he had found the change which was:
