Of course, staying in her bra, panties, and thigh highs wasn't what she thought that other people should think about. She didn't do it so that anyone would be tempted by the image that she would present. Rather, she was stopped in the middle of her regular activities, and with the privacy that being in her room gave her, she could stay like that for as long as her thoughts needed to be run through.
At that moment though, she was looking at herself in the mirror. Gazing at her reflection, she could see a pretty young woman, but couldn't see herself as someone who would drive men wild. Despite what those two idiots might insinuate, she had never tried to show off for guys. Oh, there had been that one outfit that she'd worn for the school festival, but that hadn't been an attempt to show her body off.
Yet now, she began to wonder if she should do something to look into a way that she could tempt someone. It wasn't that she was trying to see about becoming a temptress, but she could see herself trying to go after one boy in particular. A part of her began to wonder why she was thinking of trying to appeal to him, seeing as he had already given her a gentle refusal, but she was also aware that she hadn't stopped caring about him.
Twisting around to face where her school uniform rest on her bed, waiting for her to put it on, and feared that her idle wonderings were betraying her morals. This whole concept of having group marriages seemed to be a bit too... perverted for her, but it was legal and allowed now. To think that it had all come up from the strange effect that had come out of the reaction to what had happened to men made one to think about what this could end up in things becoming much stranger than she could imagine.
However, it could also be her chance to be with the boy that she felt so much for, as he would not put the one that he already liked aside. Perhaps she could get him to accept her, even if he didn't see her as the love of his life. There was a chance that he would have to find another wife anyway, and they already liked her somewhat....
With sudden flush of embarrassment that rushed through her body, Fumitsuki pressed her hands to her cheeks and began shaking herself out of that situation. It just seemed to be so naughty, and simply didn't seem to be what she was supposed to be thinking about. Trying to imagine such things when the boy in question hadn't seemed to be absurd. Why, if she just tried to bring up the idea, not only would she die of embarrassment, but she would probably alienate the guy that she liked.
Thoroughly put out with what she had been thinking about, she grabbed her uniform skirt up and went to slide it onto herself.
Being awake first thing in the morning wasn't something that Chitose was all that fond of, as he'd prefer to sleep in. As it stood, the fact that he slept on the couch didn't help in that idea, but he could always hope. Having several of his teacher-roommates being early risers got him up before he wanted to more often than not, so the idea of snoozing until noon was appealing.
This morning had him quite awake though, which was evident in the way that his eyes stayed wide open. Not a single yawn passed by his lips, and his hunched shoulders were more prepared to get ready for action, rather than showing off some sort of sullen mood. Not even having a quiet Minazuki walking next to him helped in that regard.
Nearby, Satsuki-mama waked by, holding her arms behind her head and whistling. Boys trailed behind her, but she seemed to be trying to not notice them, but it was clear that she was perfectly aware of their presence. Fortunately, there didn't seem to be many of them around at the moment, and she was able to move quickly away.
Then again, Yayoi-mama wasn't exactly able to go by that quietly. Considering how boys tended to rush to line up at her clinic door, it was only natural to have them come after her now. In fact... there didn't seem to be much more of a difference, though there were apparently more proposal of marriage being called out.
Uzuki-mama just seemed to revel in all the attention, as she was a pretty woman who was technically older, but was also acting very... cutesy.
As she was always quiet and unemotional, it wasn't surprising that Kisaragi-mama didn't seem affected by what was going on.
But it was when he saw Mutsuki that they almost had an incident. His feelings towards her pulled him towards the woman that he loved, but he stopped as he realized that if he did, people would notice that something was up. There was a chance that they could eventually admit their feelings publicly, but right now, that would only cause problems. Still, their eyes managed to meet, and the two of them were caught up in gazing at each other. He could see that she wanted to go to him just as much as he wanted to be with her, but they both understood what that could mean for their situation. No one could know that he was already living with his five teachers, and so that meant that they were unable to be a couple in public, even now.
Sensing the pain that such an inability to show their feelings gave them, Chitose growled under his breath, and let a little sullenness enter how he held his shoulders, while:
